I'm not very good with Italian, but I think it's a song festival organised by Sharron Osborne and starring Billy Corgan

He was genuinely terrible, working under genuinely terrible ownership, delivering genuinely terrible football. That was such a crap season. Although I always laugh at camp getting dropped for his goalkeeping coach and camp's dad having words with the tangerine entity.

Except it's not called Twiiter Blue these days. It's now called X Blue, which sounds like some cheap 70s porn film.

A trusted store of value is an asset that is not volatile, holds its price or slowly increases its price over many years so you don’t have to think about panic selling into another asset during hard times when prices are dropping.

The only value you get from Bitcoin price wise is FOMO this is why its pumped by laser eyes Michael Saylor, Cathy Wood that it can only go higher and because they stand to make millions or billions.
If you watched the video Saylor just smiles when Giustra explains telling people that Bitcoin can only go higher is morally wrong.
Approximately 3.6 million Bitcoin has been lost, again not a store of value.
Central banks all around the world are buying gold at record levels not Bitcoin because it’s a trusted store of value.

https://www.gold.org/goldhub/research/gold-demand-trends/gold-demand-trends-q1-2023/Central-banks#:~:text=Central bank gold buying made, strongest first quarter on record.&text=This is all the more, pace of demand last year.

You hero Michael Saylor LOST 6 billion dollars in a single day in 2000 due financial irregularities in his company Micro Strategy which he still runs today but still thinks he did nothing wrong. It’s the biggest loss in history for a single day.

According to coin desk he is about a billion dollars down on Bitcoin August 2022 at a price of $22,000 no wonder he pumps Bitcoin.
    https://www.coindesk.com/business/2022/08/04/michael-saylor-lost-big-in-the-dot-com-bubble-and-bitcoins-crash-now-he-aims-to-rebound-again/?outputType=amp
If people want to invest in Bitcoin they really need to understand it’s a high risk investment there is no guarantee it’s going to hold its value or increase in value if stock markets around drop around the world.

I see the guy at the top has just bagged his family a billion pound deal with BP, funnily enough just before announcing these new licenses were granted in the North Sea. That's not a political statement, that's fact.
Some nice ammo for Just Stop Oil to use and quite rightly.

    Oh gawd.
It just isn't. The science is a proven; we've wrapped the planet in a cozy blanket of greenhouse gases and the climate is changing. It's not been in doubt for decades now, and the consequences will be awful.
Governments from China and the USA, India and europe are all on board...when do they ever agree on anything?
What would be better for 'taxation and forced consumerism'...everyone having a mass stress or everyone confidently going about their lives?
Blaming this on some global conspiracy is perhaps the most inane position any human could take on any issue at this point. Criminally silly.
It doesn't matter though. Too late.

Yes my only case in point was that views are entrenched and nothing will change a particular type of persons mind. As you proved. Repeatedly. You don't have to reply (again). I'm on holiday in 30 minutes so I won't read it even if you do. I get your point of view and I respect your right to it

I've never "done twitter", in the true sense, but I was partial to clicking on the links kindly provided by some posters on here, and perusing the follow up comments etc... until I got bored, of course.

I've noticed however, that for the past few weeks (even when it was still "Twitter"), such comments can no longer be accessed.
I presume they require you to actually sign up now, do they, to attain such privileges?  🤷‍♂️

If that's the case, I'll just refrain from clicking on the aforementioned links kindly posted on here, and just make do with whatever is on view directly in the forum post, as limited as that may be.  I'm not THAT fussed!

I think it will. By nature Humans only respond to imminent threats and because global warming is gradual, we're being split between those able to realise that the danger needs to be acted on now with urgency even though it doesn't instinctively feel imminent - and those who aren't
However, as we've seen with some of the responses here - these tactics of trying to express the urgency are just shrugged off as scaremongering and therefore counter-productive. Leaves me pretty despondent as there will be no convincing these people until the effects are tangibly felt by them 😞 .
