  1. The start is worse than the ongoing, to be fair.

Form F takes quite a bit out of you, it's very personal and digs deep into your private life. Some of the personal stuff you've shared here with us will be explored in depth.

The initial training is quite a lot squeezed into a short space of time.

But, once the form F is done, you don't need to return to it. The training becomes a refresher course every three years. The contact invariably drops, as parents become unreliable, or face up to the reality of their situation.

It gets better. If possible, consider making space for another bedroom, convert any big enough room and take an extra child. The income will help. Use any available ways to claim extra money - DLA if the child has any disabilities. Claim your mileage back. Speak to your SSW, ours will pay you back for one activity per week as long as you pay for one. Our boys do football and tae kwon do. You could do swimming, dance classes, rugby, Scouts - it gives them routines burns energy, and gives you a topic to write about in the interminable reports we're expected to write.

Other than that, just keep going. Watch yourself and cover your back. The worst thing you can have happen is an allegation. You won't be told any details, and you can be put through hell.

It's brutal at times. Would I recommend it? Honestly, no, not at the minute. But I'm not in a great place myself, but I'll keep going and things will pick up.

I think you're in the toughest position right now, and in a few months you'll find it a lot easier.

It would appear he's decided that he no longer wants to work in football - or else he's having some sort of very public breakdown and needs help

I think there's a lucrative future in appealing to bigotry. He may just be calculating that he can make money this way. If he's naturally a bit of a bigot anyway, it's even easier.

I wonder if these are some of those who bribed their way out. Didn't Zelensky sack every recruitment officer or something? One had managed to get himself a nice villa in Portugal I think. 5m in his bank account. Tens of thousands fled illegally through the corrupt system. "Treason" was the word Zelensky used.

Not that I blame them, like. I just wonder what the future holds for them. Might be best off catching the night bus into Hanley to gain some essential survival skills.

I'm not sure there's really much need to bribe anyone to get out. It's an open border between Ukraine and Poland. I know if the military or the police catch serving age men leaving you'll be in trouble, but I think plenty of people just walked out. Not saying it's not true, as I guarantee there's people profiteering from the situation.

Every single person killed in the Dresden bombings was? Every single one of them was a genocidal murderer? None of them were innocent pacifists, or children?

It's an interesting philosophical debate to have I agree. Where does murdering innocent people in the name of "war" become justified if it stops further murders by the other side. Similar to the Trolley Car dilemma, except it's real and not theoretical and people do actually die

I was thinking something similar. I think we justify the killing of the enemy because we held the belief that they were on the "right" side of the moral argument.

It's easier to defend killing people when they represent an aggressive, expansionist nation. One that has declared territory for themselves despite widespread opposition.

  5. Turns twitter into a business that advertisers won't condone. Realises isolating his business from the people who will fund it could kill his company. Doubles down anyway. Hmm... Genius.

In a profanity-laced outburst, Elon Musk has slammed advertisers that have left X, warning they will kill the social media platform.

"Go [expletive] yourself," the billionaire said in an interview.

"I don't want them to advertise," Mr Musk said at the New York Times' DealBook Summit.

"If someone is going to blackmail me with advertising or money go [expletive] yourself"

So I could call you a murderer or paedo and that would be ok? I mean who cares about the legal minutiae that you might not actually be a murderer why quibble about such minor legal technicalities?

If he'd killed 15,000 people, largely civilians, I'd call him a murderer.

    Pretty sure that's libel

Is it? I mean, he openly said he wanted twitter to be a free speech zone, and his early actions were to reinstate far right accounts.

You can't be a free speech absolutist without accepting the far right will post nazi rhetoric. He bought it to stop the limitations on the far right. I can't see how that's in any way libellous. I

Not a bad shout as it was only No.2 first time round but one of Britain's top 3 secular Christmas songs.

Can it stop forest fans sausage rolls from getting a 5th number one on the trot?

It's already 6/4 favourite. No big winnings here.

I'm sure diving for pearls is something from urban dictionary, but how you'd know his specific kinks I'm not sure.

Hamas militant to face disciplinary committee.

Hamas militant Amir Jamal Nabil is to face a disciplinary procedure after IDF Forces discovered his uniform inside the Al Shifa hospital as seen in the viral video posted by the Israeli Ministry of Defence.

Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh said "The hospital was a command center for our operations against the Zionist invaders. We had three days to evacuate the building and remove all evidence. We are all extremely disappointed that Amir has compromised our efforts"

A source close to Amir had this to say, "Amir was a difficult even when we were cadets. He would often show up on the parade ground in his pyjamas. He always had a fear of guns and would refuse to carry a weapon while on patrol."

The latest video from Israeli government also shows the effort they are making to help the local population. Dozens of boxes labeled "MeDiCaL SuPpLiEs" in English can be seen all facing the camera within the hospital grounds. It also shows a neatly folded Hamas uniform complete with bright green headband on a table. We can't verify whether the uniform did belong to Amir Jamal Nabil but our source did conclude "Amir suffered with OCD. Sometimes he would insist that all human shields were arranged in height order."

How did they know it was his? Was his passport in the pocket?

1966 World Cup red shirt, white shorts, red socks, it is a lovely memory to have witnessed England winning the World Cup.

Almost all countries play there home matches in the colours of there flag, one who does not is Italy, who are the only one i can think of. The fans always turn up to games with red and white flags, hats etc, for myself the team should be in our flag colours at home.

Thank you for finding the date of 2018, wonder if it is woke related, or just money by the greedy FA, via shirt sales.

Carry on waging war over the woke flags, fantastic stuff.

It seems to me that it's mostly people who refuse to ask Israel to stop such as Suella Braverman are the only ones that are focusing on the thugs that tag along.

There's a certain irony here, posting on a football forum - the iconic activity where thugs tagged along for the violence with no interest in anything else.

I’m sure you know enough from my post to know I’m 100% with you on the main issue of barbaric deaths need to stop from all sides , my gripe is with people just picking a side ( on both sides of the issue ) without knowing why , it just becomes tribal and intransigent and there’s no end to these kind of inhumane conflicts arising unless people speak, listen and understand each other

But not all sides deserve equal respect. Some sides are crazy. Some sides are biased, unverified and outright ludicrous. You can rule out speaking, listening to and understanding them if they're away with the fairies, or outright biased.

The problem with Israel / Palestine is that both sides are biased, both sides use disinformation, and both sides have extremist fringes prepared to outright lie and cheat to garner sympathy with their cause.

The two people shown on film not understanding anything about the conflict, I can emphasise in as much as it's impossible to trust any news (that said, they clearly were idiots), because there's so much disinformation it's not sensible to believe much. If mainstream news gets it wrong, I certainly don't want to turn to YouTube and TikTok for the real story. The fringes are definitely involved in those spaces. Unlikely they've infiltrated BBC news and Sky News. Dead tree press are so aligned to politicians it's about on the same level as TikTok for reliability.
