QuoteDerby will aim to be sensible, with strengthening in key areas and major chunks of money put towards shrewd Premier League loans.
Talks will start soon with Cardiff over as permanent deal for midfielder Ebou Adams, who has excelled on loan.

That cap is for the Premier League, I believe - not sure it applies to Championship.
I believe there has to be some available to purchase game-by-game. I suspect the club will want to sell as many up front as it can, so if there is no limit and demand is high, could be very hard to get tickets this coming year.
We had it in the Championship a couple of seasons ago, plus believe we sold all the STs for last year too?

I've a vague memory of a cap of about 22k for season tickets.

Can I be first to trot out the old cliche...

Just when I thought I’d got past the crying stage.
he’ll always think about his old seat and the people he sat with.
at the risk of sounding like an emotional wreck, Saturday was definitely a time of thinking of those no longer with us. Friends, family, ex players and managers.
it’s more than a game of football, that’s for sure
Ps. When do the pre season start!
Here here.
I shed more than a few tears for my late father, who would have loved every minute of the day. Fortunately I had my mum beside me in his stead.

Out of the players who have a contract, we’ve got 4 that are first team players in the Championship.
GK -CB - Cashin
CB - Nelson
CB -
RWB - Nyambe
LWB -
CDM -
CDM -
RW - Mendez-Laing
LW -
CF -
Subs/reserves - Vickers, Bradley, Rooney, Ward, Wilson, Elder, Fornah, Blackett-Taylor, Washington
I suspect the likes of Fornah and Washington will get moved on.
Offer new deals to: Wildsmith, Sibley, Thompson, Adams, Gayle, Collins
Release: Loach, Forsyth, Hourihane, Smith, Barkhuizen, Waghorn
That’d leave us with 17 players, 5 first team if we’re able to sign Adams and the need for 7 new first team signings.Suspect Nyambe will more likely be a CB. Not quite good enough going forward. Ward and Wilson the two RWBs

Ward signed as a free agent. I believe it’s Fornah, Washington and Wilson who were signed on permanent deals with no upfront costs but some sort of promotion clauses….which look ever more likely!
Thank you!

Similar pathway to Kane Wilson, how much was he? Less than £200k I would say (within the Knight deal)
Believe he was free with promotion clauses? See also Joe Ward and another who escapes me

Interestingly if you take out EE and JJ and possibly Elder due to the unlucky injuries, I would suggest there is not a bad signing there. Not sure about Fornah though.
I'd agree. Even JJ has made some crucial contributions. Embleton the worst signing, but it's really hard to blame anyone for that one.

Callum Elder 6 sick note so far. Done OK when fit
Joe Ward 5.5 injured too often far better going forward than defending<snip>
Frightening how many players of ours have had their season either disrupted or ruined by injury. Most weren't "right" when they came and stayed that way. Hopefully the new crop this summer won't be recovering crocks. Shouldn't be as we will see income go up from around £20M to around the £30M mark and we should be able to get players in the 24 to 29 age range that Warne so desperately wants to replace the wrinklies in the squad.
Interesting on the first bit, have you marked Ward lower than Elder by virtue of his lack of availability? I thought the same, but Ward's had the more obvious contributions IMO, plus he's a little younger.
Couldn't agree more with the second part. Suspect it's a lot to do with still having to rummage in the clearance bin, but still place a little bit of blame on Warne's head for the selections. That said, he deserves a lot of credit for still getting us to 2nd with all that disruption to key players.

Summer window:
Curtis Nelson - 10 - absolute rock, so consistent.
Callum Elder - 6 - flashes of good once he had a run in the team, but a stop-start season
Joe Ward - 7 - so dangerous and important in that recent run of games, but again, a stop-start season
Sonny Bradley - 7 - sticky start but has put some excellent performances in
Josh Vickers - 6.5 - solid enough in the games played, especially after a tough personal loss
Kane Wilson - 7.5 - love watching him on the ball, a bit prone to trying to do too much
Martyn Waghorn - 6 - a useful stop gap, excellent hat-trick
Conor Washington - 5 - too much time out with injuries, but still scored some important goals
Tyrese Fornah - 5 - not terribly effective, but has time on his side
Elliot Embleton - 1 - waste of a loan space after a season-ending injury, no contributions
Ryan Nyambe - 7.5 - looked unbeatable defensively at times, but can't help the feeling he throttled us going forward
Tyreece John-Jules - 5.5 - too much time out, a real shame, but a critical goal at Port ValeWinter:
Ebou Adams - 10 - the missing piece, completed the midfield
Dwight Gayle - 7 - another useful stop-gap, typical that he picked up an injury when in form
Corey Blackett-Taylor - 6 - took a while to get going, hope to see more from him next season
Max Bird - 8 - keeping him to the end of the season was essential, for meExtensions:
Nathaniel Mendez-Laing - 8 - our main threat going forward for most of the season
Eiran Cashin - 10 - telepathic understanding with Nelson, future money security
Jake Rooney - 7 - looked good early in the season, hope he comes back stronger after his injury
