Didn't know which of the finger pointing, blaming of who is responsible for three bad games threads to put this. So stuck it in here.
So what do the great and good who post on here want?
For many it looks like the removal of Warne is the favourite option.
So what would need to take place for this to happen.
Clowes sacks Warne. Have the club got the finances to pay off, him and the rest of his management team? If they haven't, I can't see our owner wanting to stump up the cash from his own pocket.
OK, so the club do find the money to pay Warne off. Who comes in as his replacement?
More importantly who is going to identify the right man for the job? Going by the comments of some, we can't leave that task to the person that brought Warne to the club. Maybe as as been suggested, we could appoint a director of football to carry this out. But who should we get as DF and again who is going to identify a suitable candidate?
So what type of manager/coach should we be getting? Another manager that favours a system with 3 centrebacks and hope he can get the players specifically signed for that formation playing better. Or should it be someone who wants to play a flat back four? One that will if there's no more budget or time to bring in new players, have to shoehorn our existing players into roles they don't usually play.
Whatever type of manager we go for, is there any guarantee they can attract a better class of player than we presently can?
Lastly if the new guy isn't working, how long should we wait before starting the whole process again?
Haven't we been on this carousel before and look how that end for us.

Looks like things are tuning toxic far quicker than I ever imagined.
I had concerns that if we weren't sat at the top of the table come the end of September. Some fans could become disgruntled.
But attacks after only four games, on the person who is the sole reason why we are still watching Derby playing in the EFL, is beyond belief.
Maybe it would have been best if we had had gone under. Then we could have started at grassroots with a supporters group run club, so the only people we could moan about is ourselves.
I wouldn't consider my self in any way a happy clapping, rose tinted wearing optimistic. Yes I'm not happy with how this season as started but the reaction of some fans is plain crazy.
What I am happy with, is how the club is now being financially run. If this means we can't have a realistic go at getting promoted until we are out from under the heel of the EFL, so be it

Our fan base may well make us the biggest club in this division. We may well be generating two or three times more match day revenue than many of the other clubs. This is of little consequence if the financial restrictions we are being force to operate under, means we are one of the smallest clubs in terms of our spending power in the transfer market.
Until the EFL allow us to get off the naughty step, this is the situation Warne as to work with. I'm sure Warne was made aware of the budget he'd be working with when he took the job.
I think Warne as done well in his recruitment so far but unfortunately acquiring the players that can provide the goals needed to get us promoted, may require money being spent on a transfer fee. Something which as I've already said the EFL seem determined to stop us doing.
So yes while not quite being reduced to scrambling in the dirt. I do believe we'll need all the skills of our recruitment team to find the players Warne will need to finish assembling a squad capable of promotion.
