Appreciate the breakdown - hopefully the academy can regroup itself and try to recover from the catastrophy of the last couple of seasons. They've had some fantastic recruitment from players released by the big boys and those plucked from Ireland. Hopefully we can get back on track soon.

There is no relegation from the U18 leagues. They are split into two divisions, but North and South.
There is only relegation from U21 Division 1. We were relegated last season and are now in Division 2 where there is no relegation.
There are numerous factors which youngsters will consider when choosing an academy. League & position of the first team and league position and strength of the academy teams will be factors so both will have an impact on who we can attract. However, each person will put a different priority on different factors. Location and quality of coaching would be higher in my own priorities.

Cash is king and I interpreted the Ops questions as being in reference to cash, rather than accounting losses. As it happens, there would be very little difference between the two for Bielik. Jozwiak sold for £2m and that would have matched his book value. 
I actually forgot about the £2m income from the Jozwiak sale in the earlier calculation. That would have made it a £7.6m cash loss, vs a £7.1m accounting loss. 
You could make up a figure for Warne's compensation, Buchanan's compensation, extra revenue due to cup competitions, etc... But i'll be surprised if we do fall outside of the £5-10m range at this point.

Money generated from sales cannot go towards transfer fees. That is unless we renegotiate the terms of the agreed business plan. 
During the duration of the business plan (2 seasons) we can offer a maximum contract length of 2 years. 
Overall wage cap, a limit on agents fees, no compensation fees for players, contracts can be offered to academy players (and pay compensation to other clubs, as long as they don't play for our first team for 12 months), and most importantly... We can offer contracts to protect the compensation rights of all U24 players. 
Budgets will also be revised at the end of the season. 
It'll be a 'small' loss this season. Something in the £5-10m region I reckon.
