Wanted to share this excellent graphic, which brings home just how thin our squad is. This, if we can get through to Monday night without further departures.
Makes the job Wayne Rooney and his team are doing even more remarkable.

Okay, as far as I see it:
EFL - not helping by refusing to determine if Boro/Wycombe will be football creditors or not.
Mel - not helping by being unwillling/unable to compromise on the stadium issue
Boro/Wycombe - not helping by refusing to drop claims
While I agree that Quantuma aren't being the best, they're being pulled 3 different ways by the above.

dabber reacted to Ghost of Clough in 32 Months
Not the number of months we've been under embargo over the past 4 years (which is almost 30 months), but the number of months since our U18s won the 18/19 League title, after beating an Arsenal side featuring Bakary Saka 5-2 in the Final. The young Rams also finished 8 points ahead of a Manchester United side which contained Mason Greenwood.
From that squad, 11 have played for our first team making a combined 419 appearances.
Those still with us and are in and around the first team:
McDonald - 8 first team apps.
JBrown - 4 first team apps.
Cashin - 3 first team apps.
Buchanan - Still only 20 but has already played 60 times.
Bird - With him making 97 appearances for the Rams, he'll be hoping to make his 100th app for the club in Feb
Thompson - Missed just 12 minutes of football since coming into the side against Bournemouth, the first of his 11 appearances.
Knight - An almost ever present in the first team since the start of the following season. He has already made 100 apps and scored 11 in the process.
Sibley - Still only 20 but has 7 goals and 4 assists in his 65 first team apps.
Festy - Already a fan favourite after 23 appearances.
Stretton - Limited to just 15 appearances given his injury troubles.
Some are still with us but are yet to play for the first team:
Dixon - Named on bench twice.
Wilson - Named on bench twice.
Matthews - yet to feature in a matchday squad.
Notable players who have since departed the club:
Whittaker - 32 appearances for Derby before moving on to Swansea where he scored 5 in 22 apps. He's currently on loan at Lincoln City where he has scored 1 in 3.
Delap - Left the club in summer 2019 for Man City, he has played for their first team on 3 occasions scoring once.
And the handful of others who have left:
Charles - Joined Mansfield and played twice, who loaned him out to York City where he made 4 apps
Archie Brown - Move to Switzerland in the summer just gone to play for Lausanne-Sport. Has made 2 apps, and a further 2 out on loan.

? ? I thought that there must be lots of fans that don't use social media as much. I've only just figured out Insta, and as for Tik Tok... ?
Kudos to @David for keeping such a good forum going.

@RoyMac5 can I just say how grateful I, and so many others, are with the tweets, quotes and posts you put on here. Really does mean that this forum covers all bases. The constant stream of posts is vital at keeping us who don’t particularly use other platforms up to date.
Keep up the good work. Thanks.

dabber reacted to Sussex Ram in How far we’ve come- and how far to go…
My first time starting a topic, as I couldn’t think where best to put this.
Last Thursday, Wayne Rooney did a pre-match press conference in which he said we were just waiting on a rubber stamp from the EFL on a preferred bidder. A mere 5 days later, DCFC are being discussed in Parliament; MPs are holding the EFL to account; Boro and Wycombe are making statements about their claims; national media is actually talking about the issues.
I want to say a sincere thank you to those on this forum that have made a difference. I don’t know any of you personally, but those who have called Talksport; those who are part of the various fan groups; those who signed and shared the petition; the mods; others I’ve forgotten- all of you, collectively, have made a huge contribution.
That being said, we still have far to go. Until this club is in the hands of new owners, still in the EFL (ideally in the Championship… ? ) and still largely intact in terms of assets, we’re not done.
Keep the faith, keep up the fight. COYR.

My email to Andrew Brigdon
Hello Andrew
1st off i'd like to thank you for your help concerning Derby County FC
It would appear that the EFL are trying to pull the wool over your eyes, Middlesboro and Wycombe have no basis for a claim against Derby County, Middlesboro claiming they lost out on the playoffs in 2019 by 1 point, Why are they claiming now?, Is it because the EFL have had our pants down, They are not creditors, They have neither served us with any goods or services.
Wycombe Wanderers have just jumped on the bandwagon as their owner is a USA lawyer(ambulance chaser)and clinging to the back of Middlesboro in the hope of a payout, They were relegated last season, Their case should be against the EFL not Derby County.
Now the Crux of the matter, There was know way on earth were we able to stave off relegation having 21 points deducted, But by some minor miracle we are making a good fist of it, This would appear to have come to the notice of the EFL, So why have they all of a sudden blocked our preffered bidder, It's because without a bidder in place, We have no funds, If we have no funds we have to sell our players, If we sell our players it weakens our squad, Which has already lost 4 players due to saving wages, If our squad is weakened there is more than a good chance we WILL be relegated, Then the EFL have got there wish, If we can't produce proof of funds by Febuary 1st the closing of the transfer window, The EFL will look to withdrawing our membership of the Football League which could lead to liquidation.
There is no doubt in Derby County Fans minds that the EFL are being vindictive, If we were not making a good go of it, A preffered bidder would have been in place.
We've been puished by losing 21ppoints, We didn't complain, We took it on the chin, Now as I said the EFL want more than a pound of flesh, They want a carcus.
Thank you
UnluckyAlf

Completely fobbed off - went exactly as I said it would this morning ?
When you put people in a room with little to no background knowledge they will ask the questions they have been sent to ask in good faith but will have no context to challenge or further question the guff that the EFL peddle.
They then just come away with their tails between their legs & repeat back what we have already known, shrugging their shoulders saying 'well we did out best' , 'what more could we do?'
We need to keep up the pressure & not let this go away build the noise until it reaches a crescendo where the EFL have answer their case in front of a real heavyweight - can we do a crowd funding exercise and get Nick De Marco on the case?
If we could do a pay per view live stream of him hauling Parry & Gibson over the coals then the revenues would probably keep the club afloat for another 18 months alone - I'd pay serious money to see him make those little curly haired scrotes squirm ?
