wixman1884
I've assembled the answers based on murmurings on the forum. Let me know if other options need adding. I personally went with Nigel Pearson, although I was tempted by 'Paul Clement in a tracksuit'.

MackworthRamIsGod
Maybe an option that says "formation not suited to players we currently have, Pearson cutting nose off to spite face, Bryson played too deep"

mozza
i've often thought we haven't got many players who could cut it in the Prem , playing at Derby must be one of the most lucrative clubs to play for outside the Premier League , no brainer really .. Mr Tibbs
I went for Martin. 60 goals in his previous 3 seasons. He's finished. Harry Redknapp has to take at least 98% of the blame too.
Mostyn6
Something to do with Nigel Clough, after all, he's our wonder wall.
RadioactiveWaste
Voted for Keogh because we need to get back to our strengths, of which, I hold blaming Richard Keogh our foremost offensive threat. He's joint top scorer!
Lord_Ram
Personally think it has to be something to do with Clements time, before that we were energetic and attacking, even though we leaked goals at the end of 14/15 we still looked like we were trying. Ever since clement came in we've been slow, lethargic and inconsistent. i believe Nigel Pearson is the man to get us playing again, trying to get players who's expectations have been to play slow, of the pace and l allowed to sit in their comfort zone to then tell them to play quick energetic football, that isn't going to happen over night. I'd rather a slow start and a strong finish to a season, that would suggest that we're getting better, which would be a great omen for the next season, rather than a strong start and then faltering in the last third of the season because we couldn't adapt to teams countering the style of play, as has been for the last 2 seasons. Of course though, there is nothing guaranteeing we have a strong finish, but we're not even into 1/5th of the season , plenty of time to panic yet.
