I may be misremembering but was the "oh Derby are getting 21 points deducted" stuff start before Mel hit the administration button? Could well be a certain teeside businessman had indicated that once he'd had a hand shandy to Derby to being deducted 21 points he'd be satisfied but he didn't care how that was reached?
