Well if their top of the league it really is a weak weak division. Something here for the Rams with a little bit of luck.

No idea why we're persisting with Plange up front! 3 goals in 22 appearances for someone who's supposed to be a centre-forward is awful... and he's not even our player next season, so might as well give someone else a go! Other than that, no complaints.

Maybe it’s a condition of the return?

Thoughts at half-time.

Errors of law and judgment by the referee. Why on earth did he stop play when Mitrovic sat down? Bizarre. And several calls deep in their half not given like the holding of Ebiowei (when it was given the other way!).

That said, it's the most dangerous situation for us when we're awarded any freekick because Fulham know we'll pass back so are ready for the charge and we put ourselves under massive pressure. It's when we're most likely to concede. It's absolutely brainless football on our part.

We're often pretty in their half and around their box but we never actually create a chance. That's kind of the story of our season. In many ways we look as good as them, yet we flatter to deceive. Ebiowei has been a star. Lawrence has shown a lot of trickery. Feel Buchanan is a weak link and especially him and Thompson together because both of them overplay and look backwards. Thompson has shown a lot of good things and you can see why he's likened to Sammy Lee, but his absolutely stupid booking means he needs to be the one to go off for a more forward thinking sub at half-time. Either Sibley or Ebosele need to come on to carve out or try to take proper chances. Sibley's fantastic goal in the u23 quarter final was an example of the threat to the opposition he poses. And we are desperate for a goal threat. Absolutely desperate, just as we have been all season long.

In many ways a good performance, but the toothless nature of our play near the opposition penalty area means unless something changes they can coast to promotion while we head inexorably in the other direction.
