I got an email about the memberships but when I put the discount code in it said “you are not eligible for this promotion”. Has anyone else had this issue? I usually have an away membership.

I have emailed the club about it but not had a reply yet.

To clarify, as a season ticket holder, is buying the £30 membership essentially the same as buying the old away memberships? With a couple of added bonuses?

Not the clearest.

Well me and my dad paid the £40 for them.

You should have get it that does not seem fair to me.

I think so, also get some exclusive content on the app and discount on extra home tickets, should you want them.

It's a bargain at £30, I paid £40. It seems a bit random who is being offered discount and who isn't.

Me and my hubby have same purchase history, he got it, I didn't.

Mine is saying £40 for Rams and £30 for Rams lite. Just have to see what extra postage cost is going to be.

Yeah basically. I’ve gone for the Rams Lite as a season ticket holder I don’t really need to pay £10 more for access to home game ticket priority.

There’s two different levels b4. £40 gets you the same as £30 just with priority access to home games which if you’re a season ticket holder you may not want.

You'll also be getting access to most U23s game live with a membership as it looks like these are not free on RamsTV going forward.

What makes you say that, is there a price 'saved' quoted?

Check the U23s tab on RamsTV FAQs > https://www.dcfc.co.uk/page/ramstv-faqs

"RamsTV aims to provide live coverage for Derby County U23s matches where possible. Matches that are available to stream live will be advertised on the U23s fixture list.

To view U23s games live on RamsTV you must be one of the following:

RamsTV Monthly Video Subscriber – These can be purchased HERE
RamsTV Monthly Audio subscriber - These can be purchased HERE
DCFC Membership Holder - Please note if you are a membership holder, you will be emailed a voucher code that needs to be redeemed HERE before viewing.

There will be NO pay-per-view option for U23s fixtures."

So no free option any more it seems?

Looks that way! Quite a good benefit for the monthly subscribers though I think.

Yeah.

Just trying to figure out if 'Priority access on away tickets' is actually included as it is on the info but isn't on the 'compare membership benefits' listings.

Anyone bought the Lite version know?

I haven't but looking at the benefits including the under 23 coverage I think I'm going to..it doesn't look bad value at all for £30.

No it looks okay. Unless you wanted Radio Derby audio and then that is an option. I don't think I can bare Ed Dawes even for the occasional game!

So am still undecided between Full and Lite memberships.

Does anyone know if the number of tickets that can be booked for away games is one per member or does it depend in the game and it might be two?

Hmmm,is the radio Derby option only on the full version then?..I'd probably want that even if it does mean coping with the commentary.

Radio Derby on RamsTV is only for supporters that have a monthly subscription with RamsTV

In the past it has been one per member so i can't see it changing.

What do you actually get with this membership? If you're not a season ticket holder is it beneficial so you can get away tickets? I don't have enough free weekends to warrant a season ticket , but would like to go to a fair few away games this year, what options do I have?
