Walls viennetta.

i thinks it’s probably the most sophisticated thing I’ll ever eat.

as posh as After Eight mints and Ferrero Rocher.

Understand Germanys pretty good. My mate lived there till he was 11. Said the most disappointing thing in his arrival back in the UK was the thing served up to him when he went to the ice cream van. He's never forgot it.

I used to like those 99 whippy cones that tasted of exhaust fumes and had a flake and raspberry sauce.

did they disappear when listeria became a thing?

No I think it was standards that did for them.  I'm sure you can still find somewhere to pull you a cone of mixed animal fat, sugar and buttermilk and call it "soft whipped vanilla flavoured " for 50p.....?

Think there still about.  As a kid I liked those screwball things with bubble gum at the bottom.

Bought an ice-cream maker off Amazon. Had to be done. Favourite flavour is raspberry ripple, not made it yet waiting for the raspberries to grow! Next favourite(s)... chocolate or strawberry or vanilla. Oh I remember Neapolitan in a block!

I’ve been experimenting lately having purchased a small batch professional ice cream maker, so far strawberry clotted cream, raspberry clotted cream and Old J Tiki fire rum and raisin clotted cream ice creams, very good feedback so far.

HORSE FLESH

There are two dozen attractions within Tokyo’s indoor amusement park, Namja Town, but it would be easy to spend all of your time there pondering the many out-there flavors at Ice Cream City, where Raw Horse Flesh, Cow Tongue, Salt, Yakisoba, Octopus, and Squid are among the flavors that have tickled (or strangled) visitors' taste buds.

Ate you able to manage without specialist stabilizers? You can get a long way with stuff that's available from supermarkets but fruit concentrates etc imported from Italy are something else.
