I remember Chuff Chuff with Sasha and the Ryan brothers that ran Miss Moneypennys in Birmingam.

Mind you, I only remember because I could never get a ducking ticket because I wasn't gorgeous or trendy

Has anybody goy any clue wtf I'm talking about?

I did go to Moneypennys though and has to climb over the mounds of Coca-Cola to get in.

Very moody.

Ho-hum.

Yes.

Used to get my haircut at Hooper's on Sadlergate, and got an invite through the hairdresser.

Bottled it though, his description was far too much for my 18 yr old brain.

Glad to find out though that I was once gorgeous and trendy, I've fell a long way since!

Or people can turn interner off there phone or switch off blue thooth so if dont want people to know were been that day I cant see this working

The app is optional B4.

However if this could make me aware that I have been with someone who has since tested Positive, I would absolutely want to know.

If it helps to save a life then I’m all for it.

I’m seeing a lot of people criticise it already on social media yet the same people are criticising us for not having effective systems to control this like South Korea and Taiwan have - guess what folk, both those countries had a tracking app they could turn on immediately. (Part of their preparedness since the SARS outbreaks).

So again, it’s a damned if you do, damned if you don’t.

I have to laugh at the irony when I see people on Facebook worried about an invasion of their privacy.

If it helps get you into a pub by proving you’ve not been near an infected person then where do I sign up?

Shouldn't get too excited.

I've seen a draft of the Government paper today (not sure how legit but it came from our trade body).

For pubs and restaurants it says thay bars and inside seating areas will remain closed. Looks like only takeaway or delivery will be permitted for now.

Surely if you have nothing to hide there’s nothing to worry about. I doubt anyone would be bothered about my life. They might find out which football team I support but it isn’t a closely guarded secret.

Exactly and I dont care who knows I like watching midget porn either, its still better than watching Forest.

Well I won't be downloading the app on principle.  That and the fact my mobile phone has been in a cupboard draw somewhere for the past six months.  I only ever switch it on for occasional 2 factor authenitcation codes ?

Well even if you have if people want to go out for the day else were just leave phones at home which makes out staying in.

This just wont work a lot of people really really fed up of this lockdown and being controled.

I know very well mate . Shame we didn't have this forum then, could have got you any number of tickets.  Back in the mid 90's Derby had the two best house music venues in the UK interspersed with Cream according to regular club goers of the time- Renaissance and Progress.  Glad I enjoyed it then, Derbys nightlife has sucked ass for at least 15 years.

Am worried that's likely to happen.  i understand the financial pressure to ease up on the restrictions, but it's too early, i fear

I used to get my haircut there.  Stopped going when the new hairdresser developed an obsession with trying to put bronze highlights in my hair. I'm now at the stage where what's remaining gets shaved off and last year they asked if I wanted my eyebrows trimming.  Given the choice I'd prefer to be asked if wanted bronze highlights again.
