In my opinion Darren Wassall is the best option. 1: he’s the man to male the best use out of the excelling academy we have at our disposal and can really develop these players into future first team players or atleast players that we can later sell on for a lot of money because he’s worked with them for so long and knows them better than anybody 2: Many don’t realise that in recent years he’s had the 2nd best points to game ratio as manager (second to Mcclarren) 3: He’s worked absolute wonders with our youth team and made them one of the best youth teams in the country 4: He won’t cost any money to hire and won’t cost any money if we later decide to sack him I’m not sure that Wassalls style of coaching would work with the first team. He can get away with f ing and blinding at young lads who are still trying to make it but i’m not sure that senior professionals would respond well. Explaining things to them nicely doesn't appear to be working at the moment. ? But you're right about Wassall's language - very noticeable when he's in the dug-out for the under 23s. Pointless tweet and stupid comparison eventhough Greenwood seems natural goalscorer.
kash_a_ram_a_ding_dong
Personally i don't think it's a bad call. Knows the academy, knows the first team, knows the characters. Did a good job last time. And it's 4 years on. Would cost nowt. I don't give a monkeys about big name managers,it's no guarantee of entertaining or even good football. Won't happen tho. Were there promises made? I must have missed that.

At first glance, I thought you'd started the moaning about a relegation battle from the Premier League. At least, you'd've been giving Cocu time to get us there ? Comrade 86
Well clearly the OP is a load of bolarks but 20 laughing emojis for a serious post is pretty impressive work.
Yani P
For a lot of people the thought of Wassall getting the job is worth far more than 20 laughing emojis.. He was terrible and just really hope it's never on the agenda..
