CWC1983
He played really well. Kept the most inform player in Scotland quiet. Great experience for him. ???

I think that would be harsh though

I think that would be harsh though I thought he was the only player from their back 5 who couldn't take any of the blame for the goal. A long ball over the top and the other 3 defenders were all right next to it but didn't get a touch, then the keeper fumbled it straight into Christie's path. Lowe was marking Forrest out on the left while all that was happening

Sorry if I’m wrong as I was also watching Arsenal vs Spurs. On Max he did great. PS. No fault of Max he looks similar to the RB
CWC1983
It shows how far Max has come when you compare him to another loan player in the Aberdeen side, James Wilson, remember him from a few years ago? One has a great attitude and wants to learn, the other is lazy and is happy to sit on the bench.

If he'd stepped up he would of caught Christie offside.
DRBee
One of the TV analysts towards the end of the match praised Lowe for keeping Scotlands 'most inform player' quiet ... but then said he was on loan from West Brom.
RamNut
Watched the first 26 minutes. He seems to have matured and improved. Looks like he is now switched on, focussed and competing. Might actually be a good player now.
Ram8
Watched the Chesterfield / Grimsby cup match today .. Grimsby’s wingers were Ben Pringle and Charles Vernam .. Pringle neat and tidy as usual .. Vernam scored first goal, and put in a strong forceful display on the wing, certainly looks promising for a future Derby debut, maybe next season ..
