rammieib Posted May 4, 2017 Share Posted May 4, 2017 A legal company must have two directors and a company secretary. We had Rush and Morris as the Directors, and Pearson as the secretary. Obviously Rush has gone, and he had to be replaced, hence the move today. I don't think this means anything really except further evidence of them removing Rush.
