Carnero
Great effort. To only fall 6 short chasing 228 is no mean feat. The signs from this team, t20 wise, are still encouraging.
Van der MoodHoover
On a slightly different topic, was good to see derby featured as one of the main venues for the women's world cup.

We went to the India v New Zealand match and sat with a group of Indian fans. It was great to be with a bunch who were so enthusiastic. Mind you, alcohol was involved. eddie
Fantastic. Another couple of wins required to guarantee a quarter-final slot.
jimbo jones
Didn't think we was going to do it with 3 overs to go, and then with Bresnan to bowl the last over, but then Alex Hughes first ball 6...wallop...beautiful
Zag zig
Most confident I've been for years of getting somewhere in this competition, do reckon John Wright is making a difference.
SKRam
Top of T20, Notts tonight while we kick off. Can't really plan for that I guess. Great to see Derbys strong and top of a league.
Jimbo Ram
After tonight we have 3 easier games left, on paper at least. I am still a bit concerned about the runs that Viljoen is giving away but our batting looks very solid.....be great tonight following the cricket whilst watching the Rams... CWC1983
Going to head down to the County ground to hopefully see the Falcons qualify for the quarter finals v Worcestershire. Looks like rain from 9pm onwards however. I saw Notts last week v Birmingham and they were impressive.
jimbo jones
Feared the worst seeing a small score, but 4 early wickets, the bowlers could yet do it for us.
