But I stress the could, as I'm not sure he would be 100% 'committed to the cause' type of player that NP wants and is also getting on in his years
Jimbo Ram
Shouldn't Osman and Hibbert from Everton also be on the list?? I thought Osman might have been a shrewd signing maybe for a season....
r4derby
Surprised Caceres is on their. 29 I want to say...? So not over the hill, plays CB and RB, and in a 3 at the back from Juve days. Possibly unattached for wage demands? I'm not sure we would stand a chance, like him though
MackworthRamIsGod
sessegnon signed for Fulham.

I imagine with him it's more a case of proving his body can take the strain of playing high level football before he gets offered anything long term. Ambitious
Flamini is close to becoming the richest football player in history, isn't he? My guess is that it will be a 'project' that tempts him. I can see him going to Rangers, for example, or a European side like Red Bull Leipzig. The Sessegnon they have is a youngster who came through their academy. The Sessegnon who was released from West Brom still hasn't been signed. Dimmu
I don't understand where all this Poyet love comes from. Has looked very limited player every time I've seen him. No wonder he is available for free at the moment.

IlsonDerby
If someone offered me Poyet 2 years ago I'd have snapped their hands off. If wages aren't high surely he's worth having around? He looked very good whenever I saw him.
BramcoteRam84
Some good suggestions here. Derby better get moving on them before Villa and Newcastle sign them up!! ?

JuanFloEvraTheCocu'sNesta
Flamini is too busy saving the world to be playing football. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-36037874
ITSD
I'd rather we didn't sign a load of has-beens to be honest. Occasionally it does work out but more often than not, they seem to sit around/be injured and just pick up a vast pay packet.

Bridgford Ram
Chris Powell gave Diego Poyet his debut at Charlton so you would imagine Powell and Pearson will have considered it.
Sexydadbod
This was suggested in the summer transfer thread but Flamini would be a great signing. Wages may be a stumbling block though

Good for him. Maybe he could play for us a couple of years and then buy the club when GF goes IPO!
