That fan who is well known for wearing crazy stuff, doing crazy things or just known for being a club icon for madness and eccentricity. A fan that despite them being as one with you as a fellow brother of the same club, you still wouldn't fancy an awkward bus journey alongside let alone disembark at the same stop together. Vaguely I know of the Pompey bloke with the 80's ac/dc hair and tats who plays all those instruments. Also the 'Tango' man from Wednesday who has a gut the size of my mans bits and the same hairstyle too. Copycat. York have a bloke called 'Trigger' who basically is inaudible and he just shouts out random noises all game from behind the goal at Bootham Crescent. I have been reliably informed that he does not have a confirmed diagnosis of medical disability so I don't think i'm doing him a disservice. Torquay have an elderly gentlemen whose real name (seriously) is Paul *******. He lives in Manchester and hasn't missed a game for years home or away. Paul likes to wear shorts and pulled up to the knees Torquay footy socks whatever the weather, he wears an old style yellow and blue bobble hat and has been known to take picnic hampers into the away end and sit there at half time with full cutlery set tucking into a cooked chicken dinner. He's actually a wine buyer for the CO-OP I kid you not. I'm sure there are others. Anyone know of any others or indeed if Derby themselves have an iconic fan? I'm based at Picc station, re Torquay fan, he may not travel by train but I'm sure I'd spot him if he does. Keep my eyes peeled....

Sorry to go off-topic here, but what a bizarre expression. Describing someone as fat and proclaiming that you've got massive balls at the same time... DeanYatesFarPost
To me this would be Douglas 'The Badge Man ' - he had every DCFC badge there was and wore them all on his coat and hat. Sadly he passed a way a couple of years ago.
SIWY
Not read through this thread to see if he's already been mentioned but we have a fan who goes to every game dressed in a sheep outfit, I think he's called Mr Sheep (or at least that's what I call him)

zaragozaram
I vaguely know the Portsmouth fan mentioned in the OP. His name is John `Portsmouth FC` Westwood and he works in a book shop in Petersfield. He looks like a complete nutter but is actually quite a nice bloke. Just out of interest have you ever met either? Never met Tango Man and he doesn't come across well. Met the Pompey guy though, think it was at an England match, and he seemed a nice guy. I'm mates with Tango on Facebook (I don't know him in real life but I added him because he's sort of famous) and I've got to say he's a real friendly bloke. Can't speak for the Pompey fella though. JoetheRam
Probably don't have the same fame (infamy) as some others mentioned, but in the West Stand Upper, towards the South Stand end, there's two old boys (talking 80's minimum) who always turn up just before kick off, stand at the top of the stairs (approx. Stair 86) for Steve Bloomers Watching, sing their hearts out, give a quick V sign towards the away end and then retire to their seats. One of them always wears a Derby hat that must have been to about 500 games, the other often has a scarf that he holds aloft. Always look like they're having the time of their lives. Top boys them. EssendonRam
In the 70s, it would've been Tim Brooke - Taylor from the Goodies. There was even an episode where the Goodies sailed to the US in a hollowed-out Derby Ram; not one of the better episodes I must admit.
