He's an outstanding player and likely to get better as he's only 21. Yet, unless Hull have an unreported financial disaster on their hands, there is no way on earth that they would even consider selling him to us. Sadly, this just won't happen. I can imagine they have a very high wage bill, covered by Parachute payments, but maybe they aren't in a brilliant shape financially. still they wouldn't sell to a rival. Warnock's individual performances have been nothing short of superb, but we are in desperate need of someone more mobile to get up and down the wing more. Warnock's an excellent defender and competent when he gets forward, but that doesn't happen often enough. Whoever plays on the left at the minute is almost as isolated as Martin.
