Good article but Rawson can still play for the Derby under 21s even though he is out on loan. Wanted to clear that up :)

Yeah, but Rotherham brought him in as a starter. He only played yesterday as he's gaining fitness.

I doubt we'll see him in our under-21 side much this season, if at all.

Embarrassing how this news has filtered through that clickbait site. The only news worth reading is from the official site and the Telegraph.

This forum is continuing to make a big mistake by allowing HITC articles to pop up on here.

It must be rubbish anyway, they only post false rumours.

I don't understand this story at all. There were a number of trialists playing in the U21 pre season friendly matches, but at no stage was a Julio Rodriguez involved - not even as a unused sub, so how could he have been on trial at Derby?

didn't start his trial until very late if memory serves, trials for u21's don't always happen in the same way that first team trials do due to the high number of friendlies that u21's have meaning there's time to see them all year (as well as being useful to give injured first team players time to come back from injury).

Totally pointless unless it's with a view to a permanent signing. If he's just here to get game time in the U21s, then all he's doing is taking up space from developing our own players. Great if he's a prospect who we can sign if we like him.

We have a habit of signing foreign youths, think we've signed 3 so far this season. They all have to have a trial first. Don't worry!

can't imagine the club giving game time to anybody unless it's with a view to signing them permanently. I can imagine the conversation:

Rafa - Paul, Christiano's struggling a bit, can you fit him into your U21's so we can get him fit?

Paul - I suppose so. Would have liked to play one of our own, but anything to do a mate a favour!

no one is forcing you to click on it...

hardly a crime is it for those pair who obviously work hard in their spare time scouring pages of foreign media websites etc looking for things the English media haven't picked up on yet to make a bit from it. Surely they deserve to earn that? it isn't a charity you know...
