Despite it only costing a small amount, the customer service was incredible, and it was replaced by a brand new watch within 3 working days, before they'd even seen the original! Had to order some little screwdrivers to get the back off the watch! IN the meantime, if any of you watch experts know where I can obtain the information on what battery is used in a Police 11401J, I'd be grateful.
