Ramarena
https://twitter.com/dcfcofficial/status/316284632725327872/photo/1 could be snakebite? The guy to the right looks well impressed. There's also a stray handbag in the bottom left corner. I'm guessing it belongs to the guy sat by the door.

Boycie
Although, I would have preferred to see him sat at the end of the bar with a tab and a large scotch. Like a goatied Dave Allen.

notts_ram
He does look exceedingly camp the way he is casually leaning against the bar......I do love the camera angle as well where you don't get in shot the solitary one person at the end of the room Rush is communicating with
curb
Difficult job, coming in all fresh and wanting to make an impression, but what can he say? Its just the same old same old.

curb
And even if it wasn't, it would still be portrayed on here as such. No it wouldn't, if they said we're getting in a manager who we think will fulfill our ambitions and backing him with some proper investment in the team, then I think there'd be a slightly different atmosphere on here. Don't you?
rynny
Anyone reminded of this looking at that photo of sam rush: Fun fact: Trigger was not meant to be in this scene but Roger Lloyd-Pack was in the next studio filming for another programme (which escapes me atm) and asked the director/producer if they wanted him in any of the scenes and hey presto you have this scene. Don't you? If they said it, you wouldn't believe it - and you would probably be justified in not doing so because we have heard pious platitudes before. If they said it and then acted upon those words, then perhaps you would have a point. Remember that Gadsby was bringing in a manager to 'raise the roof' - and his words were thrown back in his face because it wasn't Martin O'Neill. As it was, Billy Davies got us promoted, but in hindsight the only thing that was raised was the overdraft and a certain set of fans' hatred of Gadsby because he wasn't rich enough. curb
It would be suicide (or at the very least counter-productive) to make those promises with no intention of backing them up. The Season ticket selling spin comes nowhere near that though, once again 'Aiming for the play-offs' has a built in excuse for when they fail. Of course they're aiming for the play-offs, every club is before the season starts. Whether those ambitions are realistic is another matter entirely. He also said we are "going to take the Premiership by a storm" (sic) and "we are not going there to make the numbers up". Both comments could be construed in the same way people take the comments by Glick and Appleby in recent years.

Ram@Lincoln
So there's been another two pub q&a's with Sam Rush et al. If you haven't been bound with secrecy, can those who have attended a night say roughly what's been said? It'll be interesting to hear if its been another disappointing filtered questions with filtered answers, or a proper honest stuff that would be said in a pub with your mates.
