Join the Norfolk Rams. Loads of us - well at least 10 - and go to away games regularly! 

Derby County is being reborn from the centre of its fan base. It is like a snowball rolling downhill with no yellow bits in it. Rooney is revitalising the Club. Welcome to the Alamo.

I’ve been to Portman Road and the pub near the railway station. Apart from that I spent a week on the Norfolk Broads which was brilliant. That’s about it for East Anglia for me. I’m not that impressed with Green King either.

Disappointingly nice and normal first post. Prefer the mental rant ones!

Been a long time visitor to this forum and enjoyed reading your comments (most of them anyway!). Decided to finally become a member so I can share my own thoughts, after what has been a whirlwind couple of weeks for the Rams (not to mention the couple of years leading up to it). Whether you enjoy my comments remains to be seen...
A bit about me – I was born in Burton but have spent the most of my adult life living and working in the East (Anglia that is). One of my earliest memories of the Rams was watching the Tin Man warming up at the BBG by nonchalantly curling the ball into the net from the corner flag, which to my 10 year old eyes was very impressive. The only thing I remember about the game itself was that it was 0-0, so McMinn's corners were probably  the most exciting thing about it.
Currently living near Ipswich so would be good to meet any fellow Suffolk Rams over a pint (ale not lager please). Not seen many Derby shirts down this way but know from this forum that there are a few.
Regardless of the situation we're in, loving the fight we're showing this season (and better football). Hope things get resolved soon so we can look to the future, whatever division that may be.

Me and the missus had a week's break in Kessingland, nr Lowestoft last year, thoroughly enjoyed it. Nice beech, a Nature Reserve and very friendly locals. Plenty of walks for our 2 boxers. First time to Suffolk but looking forward to going to that neck of the woods again. 

Hi Ramrob, theres a few rams fans this way more than you might think! Theres 4 ST holders in my house (Ipswich) as admira says above we should meet for a beer over a TV fixture! Welcome to the forum.

I have some old friends who live on the Shotley peninsula near Manningtree, which isn't far away. Nice part of the world ?

Glad you took the plunge to dive into things.
I've always kind of regarded Ipswitch as "a far off land about whoes people and customs we know nothing" until a mate of mine lived there. However, subsiquently, I decided my original stance was probably the best one to have.
Adamans beer is quite good though.
And is Chris Martin still banned in all the pubs?

Hi Ramrob. I’m Ipswich born and bred but been a Rams fan since I was 10. 
I also live just outside ipswich and know a dozen or so other Suffolk based Rams. 
It would be great to meet for a drink sometime, I’ll drop you a message soon.

Still living the high life in Suffolk, as mentioned before the landlord of the Swan in Needham Market is a Ram too. He is always happy to see fellow Rams.
