Genuine question, not to be rude or anything but you’re a QPR fan right? The season is over, it’s 10.30am on a sunny Friday morning, how does jumping on a Derby County forum to talk about your mate at HMRC appear so highly on your to do list?
I mean, we’re just a League 1 club now, you’re in the Championship, there is no rivalry here despite your cheating in the season you went up. We no longer have sleepless nights over Bobby Zamora and Richard Keogh, it’s gone, in the past, history.
I just find it a little bizarre unless you have been sent here on a mission by the gas bill paying public to see us liquidated so they can fuel their homes this winter.
Don’t QPR need a manager? So it’s not as if you haven’t got talking points to go over with your fellow fans, or is Wayne Rooney more sexy than what you are being linked with? If so there’s 50% off shirts in the club shop if you want to switch clubs?

So was our accounting policy.  The rules regarding the method to be used were only altered recently.

They were annoyed at the stadium sale because they thought we massively overvalued it, not because we sold it at all. Of course, it turns out they thought we were overvaluing it because they basically got Dave from down the pub to have a guess at how much he thought it was worth, instead of having it valued properly.

If there was  progress, I'd certainly have expected an anxious statement from the EFL by now.

They don't need to improve nor retain resale value. They simply need to stabilise the club and hopefully enable us to return to the championship sooner rather later. We're not going to be going on a spending spree. We'll be looking at OOC players and loans and frankly, that's all we need do in the immediate term. Be lovely to secure a couple of gems for the future but that's more likely via the academy than the transfer market, this summer at least. The point I was making was that older players do have their purposes and Jags, Curtis and Gregory having all done well for us illustrates the point.

I'm just amazed when people wake up in the Morning and look for news concerning DCFC and they see nothing in the media, They then read what a poster has copied and pasted on here from a journalist/poster then it's back to where we started...we're doomed.
I get people want to see an end to this debacle and so do I but until we hear from those who are at the top table where negotiations are concerned then there's very little to get worked up about.

If it wasn’t clear before, this bloke has always had a serious agenda against us. 
 
81m is the fair value confirmed by independent valuers. There is no “claim”. It just is. It’s certainly with more than 20!
As for the sale being lower, that’s because all Morris wants to do is clear the debt written against it. Say what you like about him but he’s effectively giving the stadium to the club. That’s why he’s not asking for 81m.
It was Kieran Maguire who made all the noise after the EFL signed off our legal amortisation approach which kicked this whole thing off. Now he continues to stir things with charged phrasing like that. Nob head.
