It's not as idyllic as you imagine. My local 3rd division team Waldhof Mannheim has plenty of thuggish supporters who cause enough trouble, especially if they are playing against Kaiserslautern or Saarbrücken. The police are out in force in riot gear, which is something I have never seen in England.
I take you’ve not been to Millwall😳

I never worked there but have several friends who did and are still there although it's not RR anymore. They new Paul quite well. Being from Eastwood, i remember his brother playing for the Badgers as well.
Mark had a testimonial at Eastwood, their dad played for them as well.
Mark played regularly for Derby reserves for Roy Mac and said that Arthur Cox told him he would have signed him if he was younger. -

Paul 'Tiger' Richardson? Worked at Rolls Royce Hucknall i believe?
He did indeed, he made a decent living working for Royce’s and playing football part time, driving a Porsche.
My father worked at RR Hucknall, Maurice Peel.

Gypsies were kicked off the land that became the Baseball Ground, A Gypsies curse was put on Derby County that they would never win the FA Cup...3 attempts later 2 in the 1890s and one in 1903 being a 0-6 defeat to Bury and things were looking grim.
Move on to 1946 and those at DCFC seek out a Gypsy, They ask for the curse to be lifted, The resulting curse evaporated with a 4-1 win aet against Charlton Athletic.
Nope I don't believe in curses either 😁
It’s all superstitious nonsense…. touch wood.😱

Richo. He plays for Grimsby Borough now. They played Cleethorpes Town on Easter Monday and won 3-0. He came off with a broken nose and missed Saturdays game.
Is he a Ram ?
No, I don’t think he supports anyone in particular, he’s always played for someone.

Everyone travelling down, remember Wycombe Wanderers have pathetically inadequate car parking facilities.
I mean, they're probably ok for Wycombe...
Nice food in the fan park though.

I miss chatting to Dan at away games and think of him often. He would be loving this run in, no wobbles for him! We'd discuss tactics in the concourse pre-game, how many we'll win by and possible goalscorers over a cuppa (me) and a pie and a pint (Dan) with much enthusiasm.
I take my photocard of Daniel to every game, and feel he is still with us, willing us on.

Tonight is going to be intense, he would have so much have loved Portsmouth, he will be there with us. COYR.

I go and watch Cleethorpes Town and Grimsby Borough regularly when Derby are away. Who is your nephew?
Jack Richardson, he doesn’t play for them now.
I went to a few games to support him, the Clee ultras are a small but dedicated bunch 😂
His dad Mark played for Eastwood town and Derby reserves under Roy Mac and his uncle Paul played 1 game for Derby but had to retire and go part time when Derby took the insurance money because of illness.

Gateshead game called off tonight, they now have to play 5 games in 10 days.

A Yank in the ranks of officialdom. Hmmm.
Matt Donohue reffed East Anglia Derby on Sat I thought he was outstanding, one of best games I’ve seen a ref have this season. I’ll look out for him! This fella, like many, I’ve never heard of. Hope he can grow a pair for Wicked Wanderers tactics.Hope he follows the pattern

Anyone thinking of going?
They are in the FA Trophy final not the Vase.
If anyone is thinking of going you get two games for the price of one with the Vase and then the Trophy played on the same day.
I went to the 2017 finals when my nephew was playing for Cleethorpes town v Southshields in the Vase with Julio Arca playing for them.
A crowd of over 38,000 with Darren England refereeing.
I haven’t seen any details yet for this year, but last year the price was £25 for adults and £10 concessions.

767 tickets left for Leyton Orient, 4 days to go.
Around 300+ tickets added yesterday and today, some more added at the back of the West stand mainly RVs.

Did you not notice that I'd spelled it incorrectly too. No idea what your beef is tbh, but FWIW, you're not the only one who misses the lad.
I thought I had issued an apology, I’ll leave it there.

Not having a go at you at all, but I really miss Dan as part of the away day family, I wish he was on this journey with us this season physically and not just spiritually hence the tear.
Correct spelling was, rightly so, way down his list of priorities ☺️
