Rooney has done himself and the club so proud, considering the circumstances the fact that relegation is still not official is amazing and he deserves great credit.

However, his criticism of officials if getting embarrassing.  There's been plenty of decision that we have benefitted from, including the Allsopp one today.

He comes across as a bit of a Alex Ferguson spoilt brat with his moaning.  Decisions go both ways, Wayne, accept it.  You're getting a reputation as a moaner, just manage what you can, stop trying to manage officials.

Agree don’t think the complaints about officials reflect well on Rooney and don’t think they help the team at all.

Id like to see us start our experienced defenders and aim for clean sheets. Rely on our strengths not the ref

So, Kirchner doesn't yet own the club and already he is at loggerheads with fans masquerading as ITK.

He’s a bit of an unsung hero. Not a youngster from our academy, not a grizzled long time servant. He just turns up every game; runs and works like a Trojan for the team … at 7,000 rpm - turbo with intercooler and nitrous oxide injection .. for 90+ minutes.
huge admiration for his commitment and professionalism

How would all you guys feel if Rooney switched to three at the back away from home?
Curtis on the right, Cashin in the middle(with a licence to start the first press and do those sliding tackles he does best), Stearmann on the left. With these three sat back, would allow our wingbacks in Buchanan and Byrne to really get forward and influence the game

I just couldn't imagine us conceding all these goals if Stearman and Forsyth were playing. First half of the season we used to draw a lot of the away games, now we're losing all of them. I don't get why Wayne hasn't tried to change anything

I cannot understand we've not changed a single thing about how we set up away from home.
2 wins in 21 is an absolute disgrace. There's no hiding from that.
If you're away form is that bad, surely the coaches need to look at what we're doing and change it?
We just do the same things over and over again.
Even if we'd won 5 out of 21 away this season, that is still woeful, but we'd be within touching distance of safety.

60+ years on this planet has given me enough insight to know that men like Gibson and Parry are pathetic, weak individuals who believe they are more important than anyone else and have usually surrounded themselves with yes men so no one has ever told them they are complete and utter bankers.

It follows the 19th century Oxbridge slang of shortening words like “brekkers” for “breakfast” so that Rugby Football became “rugger” and Association Football became at first “assocer” and then “soccer” . I’m old enough to remember in the 50s when soccer was used almost as much as football and quite a few footy magazines were called “Soccer Star” and “Soccer Review”. The USA used soccer to differentiate it from American football

What, both words?  What did they do, just lob a letter "o" in out of the word "football", as an afterthought?   ?

I did read somewhere, though it might be Nixon, thst some properties in London owned by MM were part of the security. Another throw away comment pretty certain this was Nixon was the quantuma got the gig because nobody else would touch it. May be true, may not

Administration has no effect on creditors claims other than to suspend the right to enforce.
But admin at 202 would give Q immediate control over the stadium.

I’d think it’s too late now to do it, all that is required is for MM to accept that he needs to write one last cheque to MSD ...

If you recall the first Hoskin interview and the famous MM curtain call with Ed Cole on RD, you will know:
    - Q wrote an options paper delivered ? 3 weeks before filing where they recommended admin at the club. The MM spin was that it was the only way to procure a sale because whilst he was unable to force resolution with EFL the admins would be able to. Proved correct. Also clear he’d taken the view to write no more cheques, minor detail
    - the likelihood is that Q was initially brought in by MSD. I say that because in a later interview Hoskin was at pains to state that he did not know MM very well at all. But that might have been bluster
    - MSD has a legal right to appoint the administrator of its choice. But we now think they have excellent security cover (MM cash deposit) so they would not have a strong view on who did it.   Having bought into the recommendations in the options paper it’s therefore not surprising that MM and MSD were happy for Q to do it. Their strategy was known and approved
You make an excellent point about regulatory concerns around the appointment. Can’t give you chapter and verse about that

It is owned by Mel allegedly but MSD could technically call in the loan secured against it at any time allegedly which is over 20 Million which would mean Mel would have to find the money or lose the Stadium allegedly
PS MSD could have called that 20Million plus loan in at anytime and liquidated Derby allegedly

Q put their proposal on how they intended to deal with Boro and WWFC claims to the EFL in November. Only on Christmas Eve, just as Q were about to announce a PB, did EFL say they were not happy with it. Q questioned what was wrong with their proposal and did not get a proper response until early february. Morris stepped in shortly after to pick up the tab for Boro claim. So there was delay totalling nearly three months to sort that out.
As you know, my belief is the Boro claim  was jointly against DCFC and others (including Morris). Quite common especially for litigious people like Gibson to name a number of parties . For example a medical negligence claim could be made against a doctor and the NHS trust jointly. But you would focus on the NHS trust as they have deeper pockets. With derby now its the other way around the individual who broke the rules , Morris has deeper pockets than us.

If you look back at Gibson rant on the Boro forum he wasn't accepting we couldnt pay his claim. Q had told him we didn't have the money to pay him but he wouldn't accept that. Only when everyone was putting pressure on gibson Including us Rams fans) did he accept that Q were not bluffing we really are broke. So he agreed to drop his claim against DCFC but keep his claim against Morris going.

Bottom line is the only people to blame for Boro claim dragging on are Boro themselves and the EFL. Not Q's fault as far as I can see.
