His inside leg measurement is 32 inches.
Best of luck against Cambridge.

There were definitely options in front most of the game. It wasn't just hoofing it and hoping for the best.
My mind did stray during the game to the Johnny Russell era when he was accused of sometimes not quite fancying it, when he seemed to stray into a position where he couldn't receive the ball. This was not evident with our current crop of players today and gave me a warm little glow inside.

Well I thought that was platitudinous tripe - surprised a seasoned cynic of your ilk gave it the time of day.

Gonna be interesting to see us work the ball behind the goals as in Ice Hockey. Like it.

I agree that whether or not Warne is right is a separate question. But Rosenior has a right to feel hard done by in my opinion.
At the start of pre-season we barely had any playing staff, it was a short pre season, we could spend 0 money, we could offer limited wages and there were structural problems at the club to fix like barely any scouting staff. That's a difficult proposition no matter how you cut it and I think most would have said it would have been a great season at that point if we ended up in the playoffs.
Yet he'd managed to scrap a competitive squad together, started to coach us into something cohesive and after 9 games we were in touching distance of the playoffs. Where there issues to be solved ? For sure. Did he make mistakes? Again for sure. But overall that to me was a good job that deserved more time especially given that you would expect things to pick up over time as cohesion in the squad grew.
I'm generally opposed to changing managers mid season unless it's overwhelmingly necessary, so in my opinion to change a manager who doing pretty well after such a short period of time is harsh.

PW is the driving force. His man management encourages the team effort.
Just for the record his first relegation from the championship was more to do with the manager Alan Stubbs who
recruited badly. He was sacked and Kenny Jacket took over. He left after 6 games in charge. ( our nickname for him is Kenny Jacketin.)
PW took over in late November. We had a poor squad and were 11points from safety.
His 1st full season he rebuilt the team finished 4th in Division 1 and we won the play offs.

Thank you Rojo Everyone should have a second team
our club’s PR team have overexposed him since he joined which was not the best idea (the break did not help) so we’re looking forward to seeing him on the touchline
He talks a lot about energy, ‘gas on’ and runners. It’ll be very interesting to see how he applies that to a squad where half of the best players are a long way from being spring chickens

I would say on hearing him this week he is a bit of a ' david brent' facade about him. Lets hope results on the pitch are all that matters.

He is like a curious cross between David Brent and Ted Lasso. Some on here love it, others are less impressed. The key qn is whether he and his team can convince the squad to do their bidding. And whether the senior players will support him even if they find his hyperactive enthusiasm as tiring as his style of football.

I'll give him he worked hard up to the middle of January. Once he got a move in January he lost interest . 1 in his 18 games after the move was an awful output.

Fair point. Things can often start enthusiastically and successfully, but the gloss can wear off. Thomas Tuchel formerly of Chelsea a prime example (considering his achievement's) of how players can quickly change their mindset and attitude.
Hopefully, Warne will be able to galvanise the Derby squad and keep them buoyant long enough to achieve a promotion...... or two?
