There's around 3300 home seats left in the East and South Stands so we should get well over 5K

Oh my goodness, what a response!
Hello everyone, I’m Claire, Daniel’s (B4) sister. I am overwhelmed by your kind words, support, and the memories you have shared.  Thank you so much for the kindness and love you have all shown to Daniel over the years. My parents are working their way through all of the posts and will offer their own thanks in due course.
I wish I knew about the scraves, flanges and ballions before now. I wouldn’t have let Daniel live that down at home. This made my husband and I laugh this morning.
I will be wearing Daniel’s shirt and keeping his seat warm at the Bristol match. Really looking forward to hearing a big cheer and round of applause in the 38th minute, a goal at the time would be perfect!  Do please continue to share the picture with details of the applause. Let’s raise the roof for Daniel!!!
    Thank you all again ❤️

The positivity shown by players and fans was so refreshing today which seems appropriate following todays sad news of B4's passing.  Even when Barkhuizen missed a good chance, the fans were singing his name.  Good to hear us in the SW corner take up the mantle when the South Stand downed tools for the last 15 minutes! It's been a good week for the whole club, long may it continue.

Andy, who is Daniel's dad, has just rung me to say that he has started to read through all your wonderful messages today. They have made him and Daniel's mum Lynne, cry and laugh in equal measure.
Andy, Lynne, Daniel's sister Claire, their poodle Marley (Daniel was his butler!) and all the rest of the family are very grateful for the kind messages.
Regarding a tribute, they would prefer a round of applause on the 38th minute of the next home League game against Bristol Rovers on 25th November. There will be more friends and family who know Daniel there on that day, so it would seem more  appropriate than the cup replay this week.
@David and @Owen87ITK, I  don't know if you can help organise this? And is it possible to have a photo on the big screen or is that not allowed?
Andy has also asked me to share this photo of Daniel's seat yesterday, with a big thank you to all who came up to him to chat or offer condolences. He really appreciated it.

Hi all, I'm another long time reader of the forum but have never felt brave enough to join and post, until now. Like many of you I didn't know B4, but recognised him and his dad at away matches. Last season I was sat next to him at Bristol Rovers, and although we exchanged pleasantries, again I wasn't brave enough to say I recognised him from the forum! If I had, I would have said, as a confirmed "happy clapper" myself, how lovely it was to read his always positive posts, and how his absolute love for our club shone through. It's a measure of the man how many of us are saddened at his passing, even though we didn't know him. Heartfelt condolences to all B4's family and friends, and I hope in time all these lovely messages will bring them some  comfort.

”We should all be more B4.”
Stick that on a banner, cos it’s bloody true.
A bit of unwavering positivity goes a long way.
This a real kick in the nuts. We all knew he had health problems based on his posts here, but I had no idea they were so serious. He was so positive and passionate about everything, even, it turns out, in the face of his own problems. Jesus, he had every reason to be down, more than most, but it seems absolutely nothing could bring him down.
Just imagine a world where we were all a bit more B4.

His 2 today put him on 10 goals in all competitions this season (7 in the league and 3 in the whatever they call it trophy), he scored 12 in all competitions last season so already looks to be close to matching or bettering that tally with plenty of football left to play.
I’ll keep saying it, while he has some limitations to his game (hence plying his trade in league one), he is a former international who has scored over 200 career goals, he will continue playing a part for Derby County as long as he is here and I’m quite glad of it.

I was sat with him before the match on Sunday and he was telling me how ill he had been recently but when I received the news last night it was a total shock.
Daniel was always a positive cheerleader at away games, the very definition of a supporter that was always there through the good times and more importantly the bad, encouraging the team.
Angie introduced me to him as a fellow forum member a few years ago and I’m glad she did, it was good to get to know him as part of the football family, he will be greatly missed.
My condolences to his family especially his dad who was always there for him.
Rest in peace dear friend. 🐏😢

I don’t think so. We can play both of them for sure. As somebody else suggested Wilson could play in a 10 for a start. Wilson is an out and out attacking player, no way is he a full back. He reminds me of Nigel Callaghan. I think he is very like Cally

I have some very sad news this evening.  Daniel (B4) died earlier this week. He was just 38.
As you know, he has been battling numerous health conditions for a long time, but always remained cheerful  and was the most loyal supporter of his beloved Rams, home and away.
He was at the match at Crewe and gave his full support as always.
Daniel leaves behind a grieving dad, mum and sister. Our thoughts go out to them and we only hope they get a little comfort from knowing how well loved Daniel is by all who know him.
Here are a couple of photos that his dad agreed could be shared. I'm sure many of you have others, as Daniel loved a selfie at the game.
David is hoping to arrange a more fitting tribute in time, but for now please raise a glass in his memory and a good Derby win today. I am sure that's what Daniel would have been doing tonight.

Really enjoyed that. First half more scrappy football but still deserved lead at half time. Second half much better football from us, better passing and squashed them totally with the second goal. Good team performance. Impressive watching Smith really marshalling everyone second half. Crowd lively too. Great afternoon!

I have fond memories of that game too. It was the first away game I went to on my own as a teenager. Got lost on the long walk from the railway station and ended up at Cambridge City's ground! Fortunately a car full of Derby fans made the same mistake and gave me a lift to the Abbey Stadium.

Some odd choices in this top five FA Cup  famous victories
    https://www.sportinglad.com/football/fa-cup/most-famous-fa-cup-victories/
    What your top three be?  Mine  based on games I attended would be;
    1) v Notts Forest 2.0 in 1983 - The best atmosphere I have been part of. My dad treated us to seats in the Ley Stand and we had a cracking view of Archie Gemmill's freekick. Could have made a fortune that day if we had picked up all the loose change coming from the forest fans below.
    2) V Sheffield Utd 1.0 in 1986 - Crammed in the terrace with 10,000 other Derby fans, little old Derby from the third division defeated the blades from Division 2 with a Rob Hindmarch goal.
    3) v WBA 2.1 (2015?) - Probably the last time I felt any sort of FA Cup magic, big away following and we came back from behind with goals from Bent and Ince.
    The worse games;
    1) 1984 v Plymouth 0.1 - so much expectation travelling down to Devon and somehow we escaped with a draw. The replay has to be one of the worst feelings as a fan with the club nearly going out of business (never thought that might happen again!)....
