Jubbs got a reaction from Philmycock in Boxing Thread
I 100% want AJ to win. Just don't like Fury's cult like following, just want them all to get shut up, along with Fury. I just want AJ in a post fight press conference just calling Fury a dosser

Baby Driver.
How did I not know of this film?
An action/chase/heist film that was actually interesting. Good acting from the support cast, in particular Jamie Foxx. Soundtrack is phenomenal, great use of music as well. All the Hollywood clichés with a knowing twist. What every action film should be.
Felt like a film that would be a fictional movie referenced in a Tarantino movie. The kind of film that Jules and Vincent would go to see.
Eranio out of 5.

No, not at all. He was pulled for his safety as he easily could've been blinded - that's absolutely fair. BUT, he should know better than slating Dubois for pulling out, when his injury was worse. If he was a decent human being (newsflash, he isn't) he wouldn't have said anything about Dubois other than wishing him well, rather than saying that he himself would rather die in the ring.

Of course he is!
He literally says in this video "get carried out of the ring brother" yet he accepts his trainer calling it off? He said he'd rather die in the ring. Clearly not. This is just another of many reasons to dislike BJS. This video did not age well for him. I am aware of how bad the injury is, but why would someone who knows how serious eye socket injuries can be, say all that about Dubois quitting?

This is BJS after Dubois took a knee after a broken eye socket.
Difference being, Dubois carried on a few rounds (in a domestic fight with nothing on the line) with basically one eye. BJS was for the world title, the biggest fight he'll ever have, he fought around 2 minutes then quit.
BJS is a massive hypocrite.

Jubbs got a reaction from RadioactiveWaste in EFL appeal
There's been so many different people saying different things regarding this appeal. We had people say it could only be a fine at most, to a 21 point deduction.
As far as I'm aware, the policy itself, can't give us any points deduction, but because of the policy, we'd have the file our accounts to the "normal way" which in turn would mean we breach FFP? Is that correct?

The article itself isn't too bad, like Nuwtfly said, some home throughs in there.
But surely they'd do a bit of research too? "Home defeat to Rotherham and Chorley" firstly. it was away to Chorley. Secondly, he wasn't even managing the game...

So how did he keep Carson out of the team and offered a new contract? He was clearly good enough before Wembley and was good enough after.
1 "naff" game and all of a sudden he's gone terrible again? Too many of our fans are discrediting Swansea's second, it was a great goal. If Marshall was in goal for that, no eyelids would've been batted.

And because he was miles better than Carson that season. Carson was shocking under Lampard, both playing out and just general goalkeeping. He kept his place because he was good enough and helped us get to the play-offs.
First goal, look at Lawrence. He's directly in front of Roos and jumping. Roos see's the header late.
2nd goal is a great finish, took it well on the volley running at pace. His positioning isn't "bad" but he could've got a stronger hand on it.

This is where I know you're chatting absolute rubbish.
If you can highlight the 5 "mistakes" Roos has made as I'm incredibly interested as I'm sure you wouldn't say it was a mistake if Marshall did the same thing. In his last 2 games, I can already think of 3 "mistakes" which I know for certain you would call a mistake if it was Roos.
Preston's first he has papadum wrists to not save the shot.
Preston's second he palms a weak cross into the only striker in the boxes path, rather than leaving it out for a throw, catching it or punching it anywhere but their strikers path.
Blackburn's 2nd he palms into our own net.
These are instantly 3 "mistakes" that people would almost definitely criticise Roos for. He's also caused 2 goals directly from an shocking error, Barnsley and Forest, whereas Roos as directly caused a grand total of 0.

Jubbs got a reaction from rynny in Roos
Are we now going to pretend Marshall comes out and claims more crosses than Roos does? Roos comes out for nearly 3 times as many crosses per game than Marshall does.
Swansea wasn't a "massive error" and I'd be more worried Whittaker managed to win a header vs our 2 centre backs.
Stoke they didn't score from that.
Brentford sure he got beaten at his near post, but shouldn't have been allowed to get the shot off and difficult to see.
Cardiff I have erased that game from my memory.
Forest was not a pea roller in the slightest and he did well to recover and save.
If you're using "mistakes" that haven't even lead to goals for Roos, why aren't you keeping track of the numerous times Marshall has caused shots from his errors etc.
My whole point around Roos vs Marshall is none of them are as good as each other. They are both average championship keepers. I stick up for Roos as he gets an incredible amount of abuse because of his Wembley mistake, he gets put in an unfair spotlight where everything he does is scrutinized. The best thing for Roos to do is leave, as our toxic fanbase will always jeer when he plays and go to a club where he won't get abused like he does by our fans.

Because you watch him every game he plays... he’s not a bad keeper compared to the rest of the league. He’s not a great keeper either but he would be a really good league one keeper.
plymouth and port vale was 4 years ago, that’s a long time in football.
