Assuming we start the season with a new owner in place. Also assuming we start on a level playing field, no points deduction and able to sign players. I expect @22-23 k home gates. As long as any new ownership doesn’t try to recoup their investment by fleecing the fans at the turnstiles

Efl and and premier league have different rules to follow.
True, although the EFL would wet themselves if they had the scrutiny that the Chelsea deal has been privy too. They wouldn’t be able to make it up as they go along with impunity like they have done with their handling of the Derby situation

Correct and no creditors to deal with.
They did have the small matter of National restrictions on the sale along with European sanctions and worldwide sanctions to contend with. Having to provide evidence that no monies could go to Putins war effort, either directly or via potential friendly individuals . All of those complications and more importantly, the mayday bank holiday still didn’t stop a 4 billion sale from going through in a fraction of the time we have taken so far.

Just when you thought the EFL couldn’t punish Derby County and the fans anymore. We now have to go to Port Vale.

“I can say that signatures have already started today. We will be officially closing on Tuesday”
Has Chris got @ a million middle names? If he started his signature today but doesn’t expect to finish it before Tuesday ?

Sorry but I do have a soft spot for Kenny Burns. My dad was a lifelong Forest fan, he had a stroke a while before his death and we met KB at the horse racing. He was raising money for help for heroes by having photos with a cup they apparently won ages ago when they scraped past a part time team from Sweden. He spent @ 30 mins reminiscing about the game which my dad had attended too. I think he just likes the pantomime villain role. He is a fat bar steward tho

If we get back in the prem one day I’d imagine the new owner of PP could easily double their investment.
I do hope you’re not casting aspirations at the “independent” valuation of 80 million.

Lest we forget that those geniuses at Quantuma were claiming we'd be out of administration by the start of January2022 , and in November 2021 were already estimating their costs as £1.5 million plus expenses of £1.24 million including accommodation and travel costs of £55,000 and legal costs of £1.1 million
I hope they never work again
They won’t need to

OK, so if it is Gadsby will you promise to delete your account on dcfcfans and only post your drivel on the Derby Telegraph?
I think you may be confusing me with someone else. I don’t have a Derby telegraph account or even read it. I think the epitome of drivel must be your itk ?? posts about MA taking us over about 2 months ago. It must make you feel sooo important to pretend you know what’s going on. When, like the rest of us you know jack ship about what’s going on behind the scenes

Nonsense
What bit of that isn’t 100% accurate? Apart from the speculation that he will bail out of actually buying a club at the 11 th hour. ??. He’s a chancer, and come Monday he will be blaming MM and/or the EFL for yet another attempt at buying a football club going wrong.

How do you work that out?
Easy. Tried to buy Derby and it didn’t work, even tried buying Preston and it didn’t work. Then trying to buy Derby again but it’s still not working. His mouth is trying to cash cheques his wallet can’t or won’t cash. Venture capitalist hoping to make a fast buck.

Charlton for me. Only London game and we will get loads of tickets. Should be a great day if it’s not midweek and assuming we get sorted

Would you look on here if you were mel? He’s busy enough dealing with death threats.
These threats would hardly make you want to do the “right thing” for the supporters when some “fans” are sending these messages etc.
The idiots sending these are a minority of “fans”. I say “fans” as I believe it’s short for fanatic’s? I believe Supporters are different, as the word itself explains.
I’m not happy with the situation one bit, but there must be a genuine reason why there’s a log jam with the ground purchase. We don’t know both sides of the story, only that from CK’s perspective.
The council needs to come out and give a statement. We need facts not mud slinging.
Well, that my head in full sight above the parapet, take aim if you will.
I doubt for 1 second he is taking the threats from juvenile bed wetting imbeciles too seriously. He is however using them as a smokescreen to divert attention from his failure to do the right thing by this city and football club. I am convinced his monetary value must be a fraction of his reported wealth. Otherwise, if he had hundreds of millions in the bank he could have got rid of this aggro in a stroke of a pen and written it off in his accounts

There are no viable ground share options. With the level of outlay any buyer of the club will need to commit to. They will need 23 k plus crowds at home. We will only get that at PP. pointless thread

Could stick it on my Amex... although i think the limit is 17.5k so might need to give them a quick call to up it.
Mel might have entertained the idea of taking money off the fake sheik and the fella who put pictures up of someone else’s house. But even he wouldn’t accept Amex ??

A bit of a sales spurt this morning, 500 tickets sold in the last 2 hours.
Only 1,200 left now
If we can beat 29,832 tomorrow we will have the 3 highest Championship attendances of the season
It'll take the average home attendance to over 23,000 & since Christmas the average will be over 25,500
Autumn half fans !!!

Sorry but I don’t understand the comment, it might have relevance I haven’t picked up on. I hope to god I’m wrong but not a chance this fella is going to fork out 60 odd million to clear our debt and invest in our future imho . Chancer at best, con artist at worst
