There is NOTHING to negotiate.
Quantuma have taken stick, rightly at times, but not engaging with either of the two chancers is exactly the right way to deal with them. They wanted to 'Class cram' them without a word of hello, that's the best thing to do!
Edit: had forgotten of course legally they won't after receiving QC advice. Why can't this be pointed out?

Strangely balanced and fact based article from The Mail there. Many have said it already, that statement last night makes the EFLs stance abundantly clear, they disagree with Quantuma’s stance the claims from the two clubs aren’t valid and aren’t football debts, therefore confirming they do believe them to be valid football debts. Asking those clubs, Mel Morris, an independent financier, HMRC and the admins to sit in a room and resolve it is unprecedented, those two clubs should have no say in how the future of Derby is resolved other than for their claims to be disproven legally, which this statement wreaks of the EFL trying to avoid. I think Quantuma should pursue it legally, we might be liquidated either way so make a stand I guess. It contradicts my earlier stance of resolving it and moving on but I genuinely think the EFL are panicking and trying to force the issue now.

its nearly 3 o clock in the morning and the same things keep going round and round in my head....how on earth is this going to be sorted??? After the EFL statement last night I really think we are now basically being backed into a corner to try and negotiate a deal against two parasite chairman and only 7m is the supposed figure that will make them happy!!?
Where on earth has any compensation   figures been calculated from ? Its a farce why not make it 100 million ? 200 million?
These claims must not be entertained or even considered and why?? For the sake of the very game we fans love...Football....
The EFL should be protecting the game and its clubs but it is corrupt as hell and has zero interest in looking after the game itself....If those claims from parasite clubs is given any creedance Football is ducked!
Every club could sue another club for any misdemeanors or so called breaking of the rules and this cannot happen
On one hand the EFL are saying that the actual Insolvency law is not relevant as they have there own rules signed by 72 football clubs and saying we are hiding behind insolvency yet cannot quash or tell the parasites that we have been punished with a 21 point deduction 
Gibson and Boro are the poison here make no mistake he threatened to sue the EFL then was apeased by the EFL saying they would go after us!!!! and he's right behind them pulling the strings no doubt!!
We are in admin FFS and the admin team are here to do there job and try and sort creditors but yet the EFL are saying we should meet and negotiate and deal with two other clubs!! Its none of there business who we owe money too yet Gibson seems to know all about our business who we owe how much etc etc .....I would tell the EFL that parasites like Gibson and WW bloke are not welcome at Derby County FC ...No negotiations and if we ever ( and its looking less and less likely ) get out of this mess both Chairman are banned from PP 
We are a founder member Football club who have contributed a lot to the history of our game so stop treating us like poo on your shoe....30,000 fans on sunday and we are bottom....both tinpot parasite clubs on a good day wouldn't get that many fans with both attendances added together

Pointless I'm afraid, the car park will be round the opposite side and they'll draw the office blinds down that side.
Besides, the decision makers will be based at the London office.
Direct action is required, but not this.
The whole lot of them will have fingers in other pies, whether that's directorships, interests or shareholdings in other companies, that's where we need to target these bar stewards. 
Make their day to day lifes unbearable, like they've done to us Derby fans.

Why can't the administrators communicate with the manager of the club? They are hiding from him and they are hiding from the fans. Disgusting.

I just hope that no one in the football world forgets the unique factor in our current situation and that is the claims of two other EFL members......never done before and will probably never be done again because of rule changes.
 
We've taken our punishment and probably the longest embargo ever, all the less visible punishments have hurt us as much as the points deductions.
Have the EFL not noticed that media coverage has lost interest in the promotion race, and is now more interested in DCFC survival fight?? DCFC is the story and the EFL once again just dont get it.
I think we will survive, but I KNOW, we won't FORGET.

The EFL are withholding our SKY TV cash as part of our punishment.
The £8m covid payment they kept, the -21 points, the transfer embargo and the wage cap are not enough.
