What an absolute travesty that the EFL thought fit to leak the news to everyone other than the fans first before announcing this.
Its good to see that they have learned that the fans are so important to the game after the ESL debacle. 

Does seem odd that every time they challenge a ruling by an independent panel that the next independent panel always seem to overturn the ruling of the first.
It would appear that it may actually be better to lose the first case because this can be appealed, but if you lose the second case you cant. Makes no sense whatsoever.

With him being on a works night out and having refused the offer of a taxi home I would say it was gross misconduct and brought the club into disrepute.
Just my opinion though and by no means a comment on employment law.

Not in the eyes of the independent panel who had access to all of the relevant information though. 

They paid off the stadium? That is just blatantly untrue. MM paid the £15m mortgage off after taking over the club.
And despite GSE getting rid of the high earners we were still losing £9m per year, a loss that they no longer wanted to cover and they could not wait to get  rid of us.
I had no problems with GSE but its amazing seeing their tenure being praised when people were protesting against them and 'the Barker type fee' jibe was used against them on an almost daily basis.

Youve said that we will get a points deduction which is complete speculation. The matter is being referred back to the DC who initially pretty much ruled most things in our favour.

Didnt the club put out a statement after the final match and again today regarding the EFL announcement? What exactly are you wanting them to say?

Without sounding rude, if you have something to tell us all why not just say it instead of carrying on with all of this cryptic nonesense.
You claim to have the clubs best interests at heart, so surely if you have some earth shattering news then surely you would need us all to know to get us on your side and putting some pressure on the ownership. 
Now I don't know you but from what other people say you seem to be a nice genuine guy, but from an outsider point of view, the tactics you are employing on here just make you lool like an attention seeker. I'm not saying that as an insult just letting you know why you will potentially be harming the cause that you say you want people to join with you and fight.

No but Im not led to believe it will be a points deduction either, other than by the media who also were saying we had lost the original case and were going to be deducted 21 points.
MM said in his only interview with the national media that he would continue to fund the club until a buyer was found, not sure what more you want him to say? Does he have to keep on saying it every payday?
There isnt really a circle for the conversation to go round in, you want people to help you protest but you dont really say what they are supposed to be protesting against or exactly what it is you want, other than what has been said already?
I'm not sure any director of a company could guarantee things will be alright when there are so many unknowns in the current situation.

On the basis that the EFL clearly act when threatened by member clubs, would it be possible for us to threaten them if they do not retrospectively investigate Middlesbrough for selling their tax losses to a group company?
