How do these clubs know, by the way, we were ‘systematically cheating’ before accounts were submitted and a  proper case was put against us. It’s almost as if someone at the EFL  was leaking confidential information isn’t it. I just wonder…?

I’d have loved Graham Richards to have been taking him to task instead of Ed. Richards commentary could sometimes irritate but he was pointed in challenging Maxwell years back, so he’d have ripped into Couhig’s lack of substance in an instant.

Who is interviewing on Radio Derby? Where are the challenges to these people? Where are the questions putting it back on these people? Why are they just accepting everything said to them? Where is the challenge?

Couhig's model is to run sustainably, so profits in the Championship would be the same as in League 1...

If this claim isn't sorted very quickly surely we should be thinking about some form of legal civil disobedience that affects Middlesbrough  directly? Things like jamming their ticket phone lines, chaining ourselves to their gates and blocking their entrances, protesting outside their training ground, spamming their email servers? 

Have the EFL released a statement about how they don't have a vendetta against all the other member clubs. Or is it just us?

I have had another Parry reply. Fair play to him but he conveniently ignores every direct question I ask which could be simply answered with a yes or no. I have sent another. Maybe he’ll have a look this evening. Unfortunately he missed MOTD last night as he was replying to lots of emails. Maybe he’ll miss MOTD 2 if we keep up the pressure. The tide is turning.
I know RamsTrust meet with the administrators but does anyone have email addresses for the other groups that do - BAWT is it and Punjabi Rams I think - so I can impart some information to them. Twitter is no good to me, it’s full of Gibsons.
Keep up the pressure everyone. Write to your MP, write to the EFL (maybe Trevor Birch is feeling left out), maybe ring them or forward the petition to people to sign. Now is not the time to sit idly by. Now is the time for action.

Are they selectively briefing the media though? Percy and Nixon seem to be getting information from somewhere don’t they. I would ask for the regulations that state that vexatious claims have to be considered when they have no merit in their own regulations, their own arbitration or in law. Perhaps I will if I get time. 

I don't really believe they do want change. They have been warned to improve their practice after every administration but they just continue to duck things up.
That's because it's a club of members protecting members' interests without any independent arbitration. 
They can bang on about processes and LAPS as much as they want but at the end of the day these are appointed by them and if they don't like the results they just plough on until they find a panel that agrees with them. 
It's all corrupt and needs calling out as such.

I haven’t checked the Boro forums to see what’s been said regarding this yet, but I really can’t see Ashley playing it like that. Too much of a risk.
I also don’t want that to be how it ends up. Although I could think of a lot of words that wouldn’t make it past the filter on here to describe Morris, he still shouldn’t have to ultimately bear the brunt of Gibson’s claims. Other debts maybe, but not benefiting this vulture.
If Gibson and Boro end up walking away with any money, let alone the full £45mil, then they would have successful have made a mockery of English football.

Why can’t the administrators cite the previous LAP ruling (from when Boro tried to insert themselves as an affected party) that clearly says our actions could not be shown to have directly caused their lack of achievement and failing to get promoted? I know that was in relation to the stadium valuation, but isn’t the basic argument the same - that we used illicit funds to disadvantage Boro? Whether those funds came from a stadium sale or our amortisation isn’t relevant - the fact is that an LAP has already stated that there’s no direct causation, so no base for compensation? 
 
I’m guessing there must be something obvious I’ve missed?

I too had a reply from Mr Parry today. He marked his reply private and confidential so I won’t share on here but one of his responses was pretty astonishing to me. It would indicate, if true and valid, that our administrators inactions in a particular area are, in conjunction with the EFL and Gibson, going to be responsible for our demise. 

When is the next supporters group meeting with the administrators? I would have a direct question that needs addressing that I would like to pass on to relevant parties. 
 
Inurge everyone to keep sending these polite and respectful emails to MPs and the EFL. If we can get a proper journalist on board then what is happening could be exposed. Know anyone up to the task@Owen87ITK?
