And there’s still chance we go up, it’s been a rubbish day, rubbish performance, not worth the inevitable meltdown that’s already clearly bubbling away in my opinion.

No one will ever convince me that Warne’s ability (or lack of) as a manager is comparable to the damage Morris eventually did to the club. Warne is essentially only here as a result of Morris’ actions if that helps everyone find perspective.

Its a disgrace, it didnt work all game and what does warne do f all! None of them should be paid they have let the whole club down! If we go up warne will bring us back down with the lowest points of the championship

To dislike the manager that intensely you’d actually prefer Mel to be the owner baffles my brain. Mel Morris is the man who nearly killed the club we all support, he is far more of a villain than Paul Warne and his limitations as a football manager will ever be.

Paul warne is w@nk if we dont go up the home games will drop as the football is sh*t we will be losing more money then what we are!

I don't know what alleged racist comments he may have made, but my concern is that - from listening to him on Saturday - his level of English is not overly strong (no, before anyone says, nor is my Italian).  It may be worth paying interpreters for a head coach, but he would only ever be in a lesser role and not sure it would be worth the cost.

Our team is practically all British (albeit some play for exotic countries to be an international).  Not sure we have the set up that more international teams have that could accommodate; but if we go up who knows.

Thats bull sh*t i meet him when he was at derby he speaks really good english! Hes a lovely bloke as well

I don't think he's changed his style, so much as circumstances have made it necessary.

Injuries, and heavy pitches this time of year have led to a more cautious approach.

Bradley summed up the approach in his post match interview, knock it around the back, invite the press, play it to the wingback and hit the channels is the prescription, and the players pretty much followed that to the letter today.

We played alot better football, we passed it well the 20 mins we struggled with was when he didnt control the ball and tried the long ball we needed some to try and bring the ball down the rest of the game 75% was along the floor! Ward has to play he delivery is class

@Dcfcsr92 care to express with words what it is in my above post that deserves a laughing emoji? It’s just my opinion of course based on the results that have happened of late compared to earlier in the season, but I don’t see what’s wrong with my observations so perhaps you can enlighten me with conversation?
Have we or have we not won games this season by taking the lead then scoring more as the opposition chase the game? Burton away, Peterborough away (granted they scored first), Blackpool away, Exeter home and away, Barnsley at home, Fleetwood away, Northampton at home, Burton at home (until we had an inexplicable brief collapse and found a late winner).
There are examples where Warne’s approach to scoring first chaotic football has proved fruitful, if we can get back to that over for these last games of the season, as I think it’s clear we’re not going to be controlling many (if any) games, then that’s probably the most likely route to success. Just my opinion of course but it’s based on some observed logic.

I didnt mean to put a laughing emoji, i achually think your about right with what you have said. I think alot of its negative football which warne is happy with but im not saying anymore as people will moan about comments about warnes style before we have even kicked off. I just hope for 3 points so everyone can enjoy their saturdays

Me and my mates are all the same unfortunately but only travelling 90 miles round trip, if Warne is still in charge next season whether in div 1 or championship we won’t be going! 😢

I said this would happen towards the being of the season and got a ear full saying its fine as long as we are averaging 2 points a game.  We aint making autos not with barnsley and bolton with a game in hand we have thrown ourselfs out of that! I really cant see us winning the play offs and we cant play football and big games our players bottle it again! (Or play really negative football)

The one thing Warne has improved is the fitness levels, which has resulted in us getting a lot of late goals and out fighting teams. It makes sense considering he's a Fitness Coach. I'd be happy if he was our Fitness Coach.

🤣 have you seen the injury list this season?

Bradley might play well but it’s the effect his presence has on Cashin and Nelson that bothers me.

They were imperious as a pairing but seem unsure of their positioning in a three.

We also lack a good third midfielder to complement Bird and Adams.  Someone with more energy and power than Hourihane. Sibley might be the best option.

In all fairness if we had nyambe rwb yesterday instead of wilson i think we would of won. Wilson is better goin forward but defensively is poor and our midfield got dragged out of position for there first goal because of wilson

I wouldn't oppose handing him an 18-month contract. We only have one striker for the next season, Wash. Collins, Waggy, and TJJ are all running out of contract. So, we are looking for 3-4 new contracts and/or players in the summer and Gayle surely could be one of them.

It depends on his wishes and wages, but surely he is worth considering.

He cant be asking for too much if it has been agreed with the club as they are saying. 18 month contract would suit both very well i think

    This.

It must be wonderful being an away supporter this season, but those of us who only get to go to fome games are 'treated' to some honkingly poor football not backed up by results befitting of a team in our position.

Its fine tho because all us loyal fans who cant get tickets to away games yet paul warnes brother manages to get a ticket? What a load of boll***s

Be nice if we had a different striker option off of the bench to play with or replace Collins …..

Funny that! When i said shouldnt of loanded brown out until we got someone else in, people said nml and barks can play there look now we are really short! Really good management PW but ("we are winning games so its fine") has gone out the window. We are litully throwing points away
