Poor until we scored even then wasnt great the free kick the wall disppeared ( good strike) but if the wall stand it would of been blocked then a class finish from carlo to win the game ( even the ball wasnt great it was behind him)

The play with a style! They achually use there midfield get playere in the box to score goals our striker is so isolated he goes looki for the ball and ends up out wide they also dont have every attack out wide they mix it up

Its simple leave smith and target different attackers! Warne does it every window then we stuggle to find the type of player hes looking for! I get little satisfaction from watching this team play and if we go up and want to stay up, we’re going to need to change a lot about the way we play.

But the fact we’re in contention to go up automatically speaks volumes about both the quality and style of play at this level. 

Most goals seem to come from turnovers in possession from unforced errors. Patterns of play are much less structured and it’s rarer to see teams put lots of passes together. I’m not old enough to have seen us play in the third tier and I’ve had a hard time recalibrating what “good” looks like.

 

Alot of teams when they come to derby as they know its our week point, if i was a manager i play through our heart as our midfield dont do enough!  Every team are looking to do it recently

Corey gives his best every game his age might effect his game cm abit but rb he could play for another 5/6 years and at his age why not drop back to rb? I like corey smith alot injuries of his problems but is that because working too hard in cm at the level of fitness warne expects older players are always going to stuggle. Thats maybe why we have so many injuries you look at the age of all the players with injury problems that why he needs 24/26 year olds to keep up with his style
