jcidaho got a reaction from RamontheMoor in The Administration Thread
I suspect on the Newcastle and media front, there's a snobbery factor in play, as he comes across as an uncouth beer bellied laddish type.

Wonder what's going on with Sibbo, seems miles away from the team now.

I think hes been doing a brilliant job. He breaks up the play and keeps the ball moving. Hes been one of the keys to our turn in form.

In this kind of game, Sibley is the one to roll the dice on.

Reading are defending well and we are too static. It will take a worldie.

We're getting more joy in the middle now, weathered the initial storm (hopefully).

Happy with the team, although would've wished for Sibbo over Baldock on the bench.

I would agree with this.
Curtis Davies has been immense this season and shown real heart and desire to sweat blood and tears for us.

Curtis Davies for me.
I know it’s cheating a little but following on from the last game of last season really when he came on to give his all to keep us up, despite not recovering from a serious injury and not knowing if it was his last game in professional football, let alone for Derby.
But at his age, the desire, the passion, the influence he has on this team. I believe it’s infectious for the rest of the players and he must be such a positive role model for the young players coming through. He doesn’t have the armband on, but he’s certainly the captain of this football club.

24,846 for a game on a day like today with all the restrictions and it being live on TV is outstanding.

jcidaho got a reaction from Carl Sagan in Would our current squad challenge for promotion from League One?
I would be excited too, but the current management team have a pathological dislike and lack of trust in Sibley, which smacks of downright unfairness, given how shocking Lawrence and Waghorn were last season (and Joswiak).
