Finishes 1-1. Deflating to concede late on. Wasn’t a “good” performance by a long stretch but also don’t feel it was as bad as some others do. A draw seems a fair result in reality and one I’d take against a side that have been on a good run and have a great defence. 
Positives seeing Sibley, Wilson, Barkhuizen back on the pitch. Embleton did ok. Something to build on for the next games now.

It did, it was an observation in the moment

He was so far offside it is unbelievable. Another shocking performance. I was in the unsure about Paul Warne ball but I am struggling to see this working and starting to lean towards getting him out

TBF to both DC & PW, Hull were established and we had been completely decimated.  I think a rebuild can not be expected in one season.  We also have to keep a tight reign on the finances for 2 reasons, firstly we are under a BP.  Secondly, I feel that DC will be keen to at least break even as he's invested double what he wanted too.
I think we may have to temper our expectations....

Maybe I'm missing something, but I have never noticed a Warne team playing hoofball, other than in desperation in the final five minutes. IMO, Warne's aim is to use movement and one/two touch passing to get the ball forward as quickly as possible. It's direct, but not exactly 1980s Wimbledon and Watford.

Sibley, in 4 seasons and 100 appearances has had plenty of chances, has yet to convince managers he deserves a starting place on a regular basis and is just a good squad player. The simple explanation, unlikely to be accepted by many Rams fans, is that he ain't that good. His contributions range from fabulous to anonymous, consistent he is not, and he will not be a game-changer for our season.

Or he could take a leaf out of Thompsons book, really apply himself in training and in games, get that 10% of extra fitness and force his way into the team

Sibley has "absence ability improvement delusion syndrome" from fans.
The more he is absent from the team, the better his perceived abilities are.
He might yet make it, but delivering on promises has been where so many a gifted young player has evaporated.

After the success against Oxford he just didn’t deliver. That’s the truth and it is a sad one 

U need to ask yourself why he hasnt been given a percieved fair crack of the whip… how many managers is it now that Haven’t given him a fair crack ?
these managers see him every single day in training … they know every detail about him and they only trust him for fleeting stints.
when they have started him 9/10 he flatters to decieve.
very fair point about getting the ball forward quicker and maybe suiting him more 🤞
hes a good young player , but he doesnt have a single stand out attribute that makes him an essential “he must play” option
Lawrence always carries a threat, he was one of the most frustrating players iv seen at derby but he was quick and would always try to make something happen. He was diiked more than sibley cos of his price tag and came over as a bit of a c*** at times. 
 
not writing sibley or his career off but i just dont see how so many think he warrants a starting birth thats all 
only my opinion
love the the lad to be star for us, and who knows hopefully he will be 
 
 

Im sure its just me but i really struggle to see peoples obsession with sibley 
of his last 10/12 starts im trying to think of a time he was anything more than meh 
still think his most productive role CURRENTLY at the club is impact sub. 
 
thats not being detrimental to him, just where i see him atm. Theres others that give more from the off imo
