For me there are two important outcomes for DCFC here: the first is the obvious one - just making it through this crisis.  The second is to find a way out of this that means that whoever comes out of this administration owning you isn't just a puppet for the previous regime (i.e. you've at the very least got a clear route to owning your own stadium/training ground, etc.)
I've seen too many clubs either threatened or ruined by shysters masquerading as saviours in recent years; including my own club on a few occasions unfortunately.  Ultimately it's fans like you or me that go through the grief/anguish worrying about whether we'll have a club to support.  At that point it becomes less about who we support; and more about the fact we're supporters of clubs that support our communities.
Keep fighting and stay proud.

I'm guessing that some of you will have seen that we have previous with Andronikou involved as an administrator with us; and fair to say that those of our support who remember him hold him in utter contempt. 
I sincerely hope you manage to rid yourself of Morris' tenure and are able to move on properly from all this without him having any control over any of the assets your club needs to move forward.
Look after yourselves - and hopefully when we meet next season things will be on a bit more of an even keel for you.

I’d think most sane Derby fans, just want to come watch a game of football on a Saturday afternoon, win, lose or draw. All these people playing games of financial posturing, the press feeding on fans desire for information and rival fans gloating at our woes, I’m really not interested in any of them. They can all duck off and when this is over no true supporters, will ever forgive certain people in the EFL, for the spineless attitude and slow torture they inflicted on us at the behest of others.
Park all that though, just give us a ducking club to support.

There’s a bid in excess of £40m on the table. The game is afoot now, focus on the end game and this will be resolved soon.
We should be feeling a bit happier tonight although clearly we want this all to end and get back to the boring stuff, like who are we signing when can we buy season tickets etc . 

I like this from Liam, you have to respect him in that despite the situation at Derby, he’s not just going to jump at any job, it’s got to be right one.
He might still go, but he will be walking in to the club with a structure he’s comfortable with, makes sense with it being your first job is the manager.

No. The £1m difference is the difference between a 25% and 35% deal with unsecured creditors. Both result in exiting administration with no points deducted. It's only if you don't pay the minimum amount to creditors when you get the points deduction. 
I believe, we only have to pay football creditors 100% to keep our golden share. Someone has to pay MSD in full for us to keep the stadium. The rest (unsecured and Admin fees) could be 0%, still stay in the league but start on -15.

I read somewhere that the difference in an acceptable deal, and a rejected (-15pts) deal is about £800k-£1.2m. Any further reductions in bid would mean we wouldn't be allowed to exit administration and would not get the Golden Share.
I cannot believe any potential bidder would be so short-sighted as to risk 15points and potential success for the sake of say £1m!
But if potential bidder is truly underbidding, there could well be a rejection from EFL.

In fairness, it's a little more nuanced than that - It's no secret that I despise Mike Ashley and his terrible employment practices but then I'm also no fan of CK's apparent alt-right tendencies. In the context of my football club though, I can only focus on what said person will do for the football club. A lot has been said about Ashley and his job at Newcastle but the facts are that in the season before he bought them, they finished 13th in the PL. In the last season under Ashley, they finished 12th in the PL. So in a very simplistic, non scientific football only analysis, he left them where he found them. That wouldn't be good news for us.
In terms of infrastructure spending, Newcastle under Ashley between 2010 and 2020 spent £7m on repairs on maintenance, comfortably bottom of the PL table, the academy there is apparently not fit for purpose. A repetition of this would be a disaster for us.
In short, I would be disappointed if Ashley is are new owner, will be mardy about it? Probably. I certainly would love to see some commitment to infrastructure spending.

I suspect most fans, although obviously not all, are mature and just want the club saved but some would prefer not MA for various reasons. Why do some people have to make everything divisive?

Sounds ridiculous at this stage. We really don't need 6-8 interested parties. We need one credible bidder, who has the right amount of money to secure a deal and is willing to get involved; with the objective of stabilising the club for a few seasons, then rebuilding the on field side of things and most importantly restoring the credibility of the football club.
