 I almost hate to say it, but I agree about Sibs… homegrown player and love him for that. He also has had his stellar moments for sure. BUT. I really don’t think he can bring enough often enough..:

To be honest if the ref deemed it to be a significant push then he should have given a fk and not awarded the peno. Once he did the latter the former becomes irrelevant in my mind. It was a yellow.

Absolutely any other time it would have been a certain yellow..the way the refs seem to be going after us recently it would certainly have been a yellow and a red if one of our players did it..

Just my opinion, we need quality over quantity. We don't need 2 or 3 players who will sit on the bench waiting for minutes, we need a number 9 who can score goals.
If there is a budget, blow the lot on a decent striker, that will be the difference between top 2 and not.

Gets tricky after that... think it may be results between the two clubs comes next?

Just on Warne's interviews, it strikes me that he's never really had to deal with fans whodidn't feel connected to him and his team.
Given his personna where it's pretty easy to read him like a book and he's not giving just "manager answers", you're getting what Paul Warne thinks at that moment, it's something he's going to have to learn to just be a bi more reserved about, it's not like he's having a massive go at fans so much as coming off a bit defensive and "it's unfair, we worked really hard at this".

It’s true about him ducking under a couple of high balls….one particular one when he seemed to not relish the challenge and was easily beaten in the air… Cash scrambling back to clear near the line- but succeeding in winning a goal kick…  
surprised me- that was supposed to be his strength…. Leftover from the bang on the nose last game maybe ????

To be fair they have more injuries to key players than we do and a smaller squad.

Fantastic game and win.
Refs are human and make mistakes and fouls are often subjective - but he was just plain biased tonight.
 
I wish PW would just react really positively to the question about thanking and appreciating the traveling Rams fans 😳🤷 Never really seems appreciative and has to be prompted to say good things and thanks. Totally p@sses me off.

Wilson is a brilliant player, that 6 at CB was pure class and their attacking midfielders were running the show. The ball in for the second goal was absolutely perfect. Shame about the fans - from where I’m seated in the East, the Derby fans are over the goal, and there was someone shining a green laser into Beadle’s eyes at every set piece. Pathetic.’
