I think the understanding is that if Football creditors are not paid in full you will be expelled from the EFL. 
 
if other creditors are not paid 25% we may get up to a 15 point penalty. or the other creditors could vote against if they feel they are being messed about by Efl/ Boro/Wycombe and we go into liquidation . 

so Gibson saying he’s not trying to liquidate us is just crocodile tears. 
 

Am I right in saying that the rules do not say “Clubs in admin who don’t pay football creditors 100% must be liquidated”?
I was under the impression that the rule was 15 point penalty if you do not. Can someone confirm.
If so this would make liquidation no more probable if parasites win as it just means the other creditors get more of a haircut as buyers won’t pay any more. It merely makes the -15 points a certainty. Possibly with more umbongos etc..

What outcome is “best” for the EFL?
If it comes out with a Rams killing verdict it will look bad for them and will encourage other clubs to claim against each other.
If it comes out with a favourable verdict for us then they can say to the 70 odd clubs we worked the process but speculative claims are not the way forward.

You have to wonder what Gibson hopes to gain from this.
he’s already spent legal fees trying to sue EFL, trying to sue us over the stadium sale , trying to muscle in on Efl action against us. All failed. 
now trying to bring  a separate action against us.., when we have  no money to pay him even if there was any merit to his claim. So he will be lucky to get his legal fees back. 
 
and then there is all the aggravation of being one of the most hated men in Derby .. and plenty of people outside of Derby having a go at him.. Ray parlour for one.

But as much as the march was an attack on those they feel have done their club down, this was really about the support of a football club. Thousands marched in support of their club. Agreed. The pies are disgusting though. And no proper beer either. Or chips. Not helping themselves if they want fans to spend money at PPS. 

Plange will be here at least until the end of the season, Rooney said nobody is leaving tomorrow in his post match interviews and I really think he has a cast iron guarantee on that.
