Gee SCREAMER !! got a reaction from BPV in Pro Warne
The current standard of football is the most horrendous I've seen bar the games at the tail end of 07/08 in 40 years. I consider this worse on a par however, as the opposition is average to horrific and any kind of management brain in planning and during a game would see these players rack up points. Never have I offered my nephews a chance to watch Derby and they don't want to go anymore. They won't be the only ones. With so many other entertainment options on the market nowadays, you can't afford to keep serving up s**** turgid football and expect teenagers to keep going regardless. This blokes rancid excuse for football will cost the club millions in lost revenue over coming seasons as youngsters switch off and pick up other habits. It's boring as hell, frustrating as hell and an appalling watch. In the 3rd division. Watching his 'gas out' bollox is like sandpapering your eyeballs.

Perhaps an extra day off if we score one by stringing more than 2 passes together on the floor?

This is disgraceful. They actually probably should have drawn but it was total bollox. The opposition was very basic again. We matched that with our play. No control at all

Feel sorry for him. Everyone makes at t*** of themselves at least a couple of times when they first start drinking at 16 or 17 and they realise there is a cut off for them. In the old days your mates would take you outside and nobody would be taking photos to last forever on the internet. Have they realised he could be inhaling his own vomit or is the photo more important.

If they could do the same whilst playing, that would be an improvement.

I doubt it. We already kick off in that dog crap competition at 7 as these 16 yr olds were playing against will be going to school the following day. Playing exactly halfway through the school week would be too taxing. Unless it's half term of course and they've not had a late evening trick or treating the night before.

They also refused to let Dunk and Stephens come to Derby, turning down an offer of 4 million for their captain in the last year of his deal taking the gamble they'd go up. They did . If Derby had retained Bielik AND Knight last season, or at least got his arse back for 20 matches after the world cup, would we be having League 1 discussions. Sometimes as a club I feel we don't choose the right option. The longer term loss than an extra 500k on the wage bill will be palpable as Knights gone for sod all, as will Bird, Cashin and Sibley.

Brings back many conversations I have had on here with people that would be happy to stay in the Championship and play fancy football.
I don't get that mentality personally, if you enter the top 6 are you then wanting to lose to drop out, or do you get off on the losing in the play offs, at Wembley, then celebrate in London after we're staying in the Championship?
As you say, ambition should always be to reach the very top, however unrealistic that may seem, otherwise as you say, why bother.
