Can't understand why anyone thinks we are bringing players in? Or will be bringing players in?
We have just manage to scrape enough pennies together to pay our current crop of players.
The takeover is quite clearly not happening and Morris is not putting any more of his money into the club. So much so that he just didn't pay the players.
 

Eric Steele made a good point on sports scene, Rooneys agent is one of the biggest in the game and Steele said he has contacts everywhere so it’s likely Rooney could line them players up. 

Big week incoming on transfer front, Rooney clearly has players ready wanting to come in, will he be able to get them? I’m not so sure..a lot to sort out in little over a week, first thing first pay the players and see where we are but I think the squad needs a couple of new faces nothing drastic it just needs strengthening enough to keep us away from the bottom 3! Hope Rooney is able to get what he wants or at least 1 or 2 of what he thinks will improve us! He definitely thinks he’ll get the answer this week on where he thinks the club wants to go in the future forwards or not, let’s hope he gets the answers he wants! COYR

Yes absolutely. Makes a mockery of the Mr Morris's youth policy. 

Almost as important as paying the players is freeing ourselves of a transfer embargo - barely a week left of this transfer window.

Agree big big week. The team is gelling together nicely at the moment. Yes there needs to be improvement up top but I hope anyone that comes in doesn't undermine the 'team's togetherness' too much. Over to you Mel.

I was shocked when we signed him it really felt like a signing for the sake of it as Martin left a bit like Efe Ambrose signed just to fill in the gaps, I didn’t think he’d play or score all season when Rooney left him out first game I thought that might be it for him already with Stretton trialest   etc but he’s shown fight in training got in the side and changed us big time, he’s been great off the field and great on it,  the next few weeks may be hard on him due his fitness with all the games coming up but he’s certainly proved myself and a lot others wrong
