Incredible set of results. Pereborough and Barnsley both losing at home to 2 of worst teams in the league! Bolton game was always tougher, but still great they failed to win. Their form is poor too, whilst we've won 5 out of 6.
Hopefully Portsmouth aren't that up for it now on Tuesday as almost promoted.

At least Davis was up against the likes of Anelka and Torres. Bradley is up against.. Sam Hoskins.

That may be the most disappointing performance I can recall in 40 years with what was on the line.  Truly shocking.   We won't win 5 from 6.  Disgraceful s*** show. Win today and the gulf was massive with points and goals.  Forget games in hand if we won today.  This was the one. A draw was probably a fair result but that would be our ineptitude rather than any quality from them.

The staff need to be fined for some truly baffling tactics and substitutions. The players need to be fined for a totally unprofessional performance. A torrid day, and a very damaging result.

In my opinion this match is THE most important one of the season. Win and we are 7 points clear which Bolton will have to get something out of 3 of their 7 games left. Draw and it is still squeeky bum time. We must not lose. Approach this one right from the start and I believe we have one foot in the promotion door. Draw and we have one toe in the door. Lose we have one knacker in the door! UTR. 
 

I’m the other way around. It would be icing on the cake to finish top but the overwhelming priority has to be to finish top two. It would be complacent/naive/carless of us to think top two is in the bag now. Of course, I wouldn’t expect PW to looking over his shoulder at the teams below when talking to the team. He, and the team, should literally be focusing on one game at a time (with an aim of winning each one) and not worrying about whether that means we catch Pompey or not.

Psychologically, Saturday is mammoth. With Bolton not playing, if we can get a win to put ourselves 7 points ahead of them, that will seem a huge number.

90 pts should do it, 92 certainly will. Focus on that rather than what other teams are doing. Win the next game, that is all for now.
