Since i was last in Nevada they have taken steps to legalise Cannabis and the consensus is  that the bad effects of use are reducing.
It is probably not the best example though as use in Reno and Vegas is disproportionately high due to the tourist take., and that is likely to lead a more safe legal use as people don't want to be cautioned whilst on their vacation.So they will pay the higher legal tariff.

No he couldn't. That's what's got us into this problem in the first place - with him trying to use every trick in the book (and a few new ones) to try and put more money in than is allowed under FFP/P&S rules.

i have adopted oneit's  on retirement but i think he still might have a problem though.

I echo the concerns on this thread about certain chants and behaviours but there is a strange whiff of nostalgic utopia coming across here where in reality it was far more physically dangerous to go to a match in the past.  

They will have the bread to make us a success though.
