Not sure who he plays for, but Rosenior is on record saying we aren’t going for rash options.

Just when I thought I couldn’t love him any more…
We were getting the train back from the Commonwealths last night and the train stopped at New St. My son was sitting facing the door, wearing a Derby training top.  This guy walked past George and patted him on the shoulder and said hi, then sat on the seats behind. I whispered who was that? and it was only Curtis bloody Davies.
So I popped my head round to ask if I could say hello (he’d signed a shirt for George recently and I wanted to say thanks) and he was unbelievably friendly. It’s 25 minutes back to Sutton and we chatted the whole way. I backed off and sat down initially as he was with his daughter, but he was leaning over the seats and really happy to talk.
I can’t remember everything we talked about (I was a bit giddy!) but he said Netflix should have done a documentary on us and listed all the dramas since he’s been at the club. One thing I didn’t know it had forgotten is 8 or 9 people got food poisoning in America on the pre-season when Cocu joined. Apparently the food was inedible and they were ordering McDonalds on Uber Eats.
He seemed put out that the existing players’ deals were last to be sorted out. His words were that the club sorted out the new signings and there was this much left over for us. Didn’t seem salty though and said other clubs wanted to talk to him but he always wanted to stay, so made excuses to avoid speaking to them. He would like a final year at Orient though.
Interestingly he hopes DC will appoint football people for football roles, rather than finance people. I asked if he meant Steven Pearce and he did, doesn’t seem happy that he’s still there.
There was loads more, I might post again if I remember anything interesting. But I was blown away how friendly he was, he’s a lovely man and I’m pretty sure we’re now best friends. I’m definitely going to invite him to my birthday party!

But let's all be loud and pround let's be so loud and pround and keep reminding the efl were still here and were not gone and on our back to champership and beyond.

Kinder reacted to Big Trav in New signings, who will be first...and next?
Just come off a long phone call with the lad I know. Sibley allowed to leave if the right bid comes in 2m+ but the price tag has put most people off so expect him to stay. Sean Robertson looking at other options. Rosenior still in constant dialogue with him and his team. 50/50 on wether that goes ahead. Kyle Joseph has stalled as Swansea want rid completely and want a fee. We want a loan with option or a free transfer with large sell on clause. Amadou Diallo didn’t want to join the 23s for a bit so has left for other teams. Told there’s an offer if he wants it as Rosenior rates him highly. Rosenior still wants another 4-5 players with 1xGK 1xRB 1xWinger 2xStrikers. Believe Kev McDonald might be joining the coaching staff instead of the playing staff, but plan remains unchanged with him mentoring Bird and Robinson. Good news is that Rosenior is speaking to many clubs about many different loan options. Villa, West Brom, West Ham, Everton, Liverpool, Chelsea and Sheffield United are ones I know he’s spoken too. The last bit of news is good/bad depending on what you think of Stretton. Told he’s allowed to go on loan with lots of interest from National League and League 2. Expect some exciting loans and hopefully quality signings in the next few weeks ??

Now they are no longer at Derby County, I will return to having little or no interest in the Rooneys' private lives.
However, before I do, just wanted to say how pleased I am that common sense has prevailed and the correct verdict has been reached.
I hope they make that silly, vindictive woman pay a shed-load of costs and that the Rooneys then donate them to charity. What a complete and utter waste of people's time and a misuse of the British justice system.

We have a max player wage bill of £8m and total losses for the season can be £8m. I think it's just how the budget currently falls that means we can't pay fees for players. If we did sell someone for £5m, we would probably be allowed to spend some of it on a signing, but why would we? We're assembling a good squad based on the academy, frees and loans. We'll fill the gap left by Knight via one of those three methods.

Just as important was his intention to act with integrity and admitting that they won't have all the answers. His tribute to Lionel Pickering was welcome.
We are very fortunate  to have him as our owner and after all the garbage of the last twelve months it is hard to believe it has turned out like this. In the interview he seems such a genuine, likeable bloke.

Couple of thoughts on this being there is way more positive stuff out there than negative. A significant number or neutral fans have come to realise that we've paid an inordinate price for a relatively minor indiscretion and they'd like to see us bouncing back. Also, the way our fans conducted themselves last season garnered plenty of respect from neutrals and rightly so. That goodwill lingers on, for now at least.
Secondly, the moment the final whistle blew, their gaffer immediately strode up to Rosenior, shook his hand and gave him a big old man hug. Not too much animosity there either, after the game least, despite being pretty animated during the match.
Conclusion drawn... Salt levels low. Just a few basic types seeking acknowledgement on Twatter really.
