Warne’s signings in the summer were 70% flops- Wilson has done ok going forward ( naff defensively) Nelson solid and the rest are slow and injured and incapable of being better than what we had whilst Nyambe and Waghorn were fluke signings who do contribute when available

I just watched the highlights- who was supposed to be marking the player on the back post in the last moments of the game who somehow didn’t score as it looks like dreadful defending

Warne’s objective is to get us out of League One. If that happens, there is no reason to keep him on.
We win games in League One because we have better players than the opposition.
But for the past 15 months, when we have come up against teams who are a match for us in terms of quality of player, we have struggled.
This season we have improved after the awful results against last season’s top eight, but we’re still unconvincing.
I’d get rid of Warne because that would be the necessary action to push on the Championship.

I've argued that Warne is not the right man for us consistently for quite some time now, and in that time Ive tried to condense my argument down in to something as concise as possible in an effort to make it simple to understand.
I think it's as simple as this, do I enjoy watching Derby County play and do I feel like the personnel we have in place are suitable for the short, medium and long term ambitions of the club?
I currently do not enjoy watching Derby play. The performance levels are among the worst I've seen in my life outside of the 11 point season. In terms of our ambitions I will concede that in the short term Warne might get us promoted from L1, I believe that would be in spite of him not because of him. In the medium/long term I have absolutely no faith in his ability to take us beyond being a lower end, relegation threatened Championship team and we surely want more than that?

Regardless of results I hate the way Warne plays his football and makes my team look so poor when we really should be a very decent side. He will moan about not getting the players he wanted no doubt again - I have a season ticket yet again but I have missed 8 home games this season due to various reasons but it doesn’t bother me at all - sad 

Just CBT up front would make them keep two back and it’s not as if he’s a vital defender.

We are winning this in spite of Warne. We are winning simply because we have better players, and it has been the case many times this season.
It’s garbage football over and over again.

We need to fluke promotion and thank him and leave him back in Rotherham - that’s the only future I can see as hopeful
