You only have to look at Mr Ratcliffe’s profile picture on Twitter to see that he’s a complete helmet, let’s give CK enough credit and assume he’s blocked all of the idiots. Serves them right.

That’s a shame, I wish him well as he’s certainly destined for bigger things.
At least Derby County have given him a rollercoaster of emotions and situations to enhance his career!

Think we are whittling a bit for no reason. For the safety certificate it gets inspected regularly. It's also different of construction. PP is essentially steel framed with its main columns bolted to concrete pile caps on piles. St. Andrews stand is reinforced concrete mainly. I understand their issues are their bolts at the base and some of the reinforcement that are both encased in concrete and are corroding. The corrosion is from moisture in the ground leaching into the concrete and poor grade bolts. Was only talking to an engineer colleague from our Brum office about it last week.
And some work was done to PP a few seasons ago, hopefully not just the cosmetic parts that we saw.

Is it just the stadium that is the blocker for the deal or are the supposed loans that Mel has against the club more of an obstacle?

To be honest, the unhappier Steve Gibson is then the happier I will be! Odious little man.
There will be nobody happier than a Rams fan if Boro finish 7th!

Everton will stay up.
The next two weeks are key, Burnley have a couple of favourable games coming up.

Wayne has plenty of time on his side to step up and manage Everton and Man U, look at how early Frank went to Chelsea which could be his only chance there.
Moshiri is the major problem at Everton listening to their fans and I can’t see Wayne wanting to get involved with that at the moment.
As long as CK honours any guarantees given to Rooney then I think he’ll stay for a while yet.

Got a feeling Fozzy is for the chop due to his lack of game time. The same with Sibley , who could bring in funds to re- build.
We may need Sibley though, Lawrence will surely leave because we can’t offer him anywhere near the salary that he is currently on and will be offered elsewhere.
We are better off selling a player who will generate more money which will minimise further sales, Knight for me is that player unfortunately.

The least that Mel could do is give the stadium back to the club for free, I’m not interested in anything that he has to say anymore.

The perfect professional all season, I hope he manages us one day.

I actually wonder what we can do with Beilik.
His form has been mediocre and he’s looked a bit sluggish at times since he came back. I’d put a lot of this down to just the way it is when coming back from consecutive ACL injuries.
But when other teams look at him will they offer us much for him as it stands? Will he even want to stay given his previous ambitions? Can we afford to keep him wage-wise?
Its going to be interesting to see how it pans out.
You say that but he started for Poland in their World Cup play off.
I think he’s just suffered from playing too many games upon his return, we won’t get a load of money for him because of his knees but he’ll look a lot better next season wherever he is.

The inevitable has happened, they had to go for the win.
Get the club taken over and rebuild, next season will be really good I think if we keep this togetherness.

Simon Stone writing on BBC Sport website has some interesting info I haven't seen elsewhere...
"The crux of the issue now, as I understand it, is the 15-point deduction for not paying outstanding non-football creditors 25% of what they are owed.
In theory, this deduction should be applied next season.
However, I know the EFL were open to the idea of taking the points off this season if it was at a point when Derby's future was still to be determined.
Evidently, it still is. Realistically, it wouldn't take anything like the full 15 points to relegate Derby to League One from where they are now."
He goes on to say that the EFL board will meet on Thursday to decide the matter.
If Reading win tonight then taking the points off this season is better for the long term future of the club in my opinion, next season will be tough enough anyway.

Why look at forest and leeds fans opinions, i could not careless what they think.
The Red Dogs should look at their own owner’s past rather than judging CK.
I’m not going to lie, I don’t feel too excited about him taking over as opposed to Ashley but hopefully Quantuma and the EFL can finally make a good decision for the sake of our club.

You should apply for the vacant communications and marketing job at Quantuma.
Can’t he apply for administrator… probably do a better job!

Bradford City are averaging a very impressive 15,255 in League 2 this year. Just saying. ?
Don’t they usually charge quite a low amount for season tickets?
whatever they’re doing obviously works.

Can you get tickets by derby county ticket office.
I think could be 40k in the stadium on the night.
I’m not sure yet mate but I’d imagine Derby will help out seeing as they will benefit from the gate receipts.
I’m definitely going, there will be a big crowd seeing as Derby doesn’t host boxing usually.

Believe is the next word off the conveyor belt after shortly I see.
It will
be interesting to see if Ashley breaks cover again…

I'm not certain you can have an opinion on fate being sealed, can you? It is either sealed, or not! And right now, the table shows that it's not.
I hear no singing as yet, nor see any female vocalist of unquantified weight/dimensions.It's not looking great, granted. We may well be "up against it". We may be losing hope and/or belief. There may be no light at the end of the tunnel.
But our fate remains far from sealed. The players and staff still have a job to do, a target to aim for, and an outcome to achieve. Avoiding relegation is still a possibility, and something worth striving for (or not... but that's a different matter!).
I say we stand by them, and try to help, however foolish/gullible we may look in a few weeks time.?
You clearly knew what I meant.

I really hope so. Even league one with a points deduction so we have a club to support and follow at least.
That’s what I think will happen. We’ve gone from ‘you’ll be surprised how quickly things will progress’ to radio silence, that doesn’t bode well for next season.

Chris Coles said that everything was progressing and people were working day and night to resolve the stadium issue.
What update can they give? ‘We’re still working on the deal’ will just get peoples emotions up again, fingers crossed that when we receive the takeover news it also ties in with Rooney adding to the squad.
