From a Scottish point of view I'm supporting whoever Rangers or Celtic are playing Europe. 
The bigger the hammering the better, especially at Ibrox or Parkhead. 
It's even funnier when it's done by relative minnows. 
The only time I waiver is when they come up against English opposition. Then I'm happy for the spoils to be shared.

One of the best games I've been to at Hampden. 
I honestly can't remember a stadium bouncing like that for a good 20 mins after the final whistle.

Really looking forward to it, 5pm ko so plenty of time for the crowd to lubricate their singing voices. 

And an English man being the main commentator for Scotland games on Sky Sports who throws in little digs at every opportunity. I'm English and when I watch Scotland on Sky Sports, I'm embarrassed with his cringe.
Can you imagine a Scottish man being the main commentator for England games on ITV etc.
Plus we get to watch England on all the ITV channels up here, STV etc, but if you want to watch Scotland you have to pay the over priced, football killing company Sky Sports for the pleasure!
"Scotland are answering back, at least"......."Scotland score first for a change".........etc.

Been a long time visitor to this forum and enjoyed reading your comments (most of them anyway!). Decided to finally become a member so I can share my own thoughts, after what has been a whirlwind couple of weeks for the Rams (not to mention the couple of years leading up to it). Whether you enjoy my comments remains to be seen...
A bit about me – I was born in Burton but have spent the most of my adult life living and working in the East (Anglia that is). One of my earliest memories of the Rams was watching the Tin Man warming up at the BBG by nonchalantly curling the ball into the net from the corner flag, which to my 10 year old eyes was very impressive. The only thing I remember about the game itself was that it was 0-0, so McMinn's corners were probably  the most exciting thing about it.
Currently living near Ipswich so would be good to meet any fellow Suffolk Rams over a pint (ale not lager please). Not seen many Derby shirts down this way but know from this forum that there are a few.
Regardless of the situation we're in, loving the fight we're showing this season (and better football). Hope things get resolved soon so we can look to the future, whatever division that may be.

I don't know. Philip Neville was manager though of England women's team.
But I guess it's like political commentators.. plenty of Scottish ones commenting on the UK Parliament (Kuensberg for example)  ... are there any English ones commenting on the Scottish Parliament?    
 
 

And to add to that I think AJ is likely to get caught swinging that right if he continues to try and soften Usyk up with jabs to the head imo. He's simply not skilled or quick enough. Stiff low jabs will be enough to stall what is still a small framed heavyweight and then try to use that to put pressure on and control the ring. 
In 36 minutes I only remember Usyk being backed up once where Joshua could have applied some pressure. 
Joshua is also too clean. Like @Andicissays, he's terrible in a clinch

Also, you had heard of the majority of foreign signings, nowadays its quantity over quality as some bloke turns up from the French 2nd division.

As a Forest fan I feel for you guys, it's not your fault but you find your club utterly screwed by someone who has seemingly gone insane while in charge. We had a vaguely similar issue when Nigel Doherty, a lifelong fan bought us, pumped in over 100 million and made bad decision after bad decision, football's a hard hard game to get involved in but from outside it does look like MM has completely lost the plot.
You can't blame the EFL, on the face of it Mel had all the right credentials to be a fit and proper owner and while there look to be many points at which he should have been stopped from what he was doing you have to assume that no one thought he was actually doing what he was doing and seemingly submitting at best vague accounts, at worst downright fraudulent. COVID didn't help anyone but its not to blame either.  
A 12 point deduction is bad but worse looks like its coming and you have to think you can't stay up. I wish you luck in the first division. 

The fees paid for those 2 are pretty much criminal. Why were we still spending then?
Seems like the Lampard season was one last huge stupid gamble. When that didn't work, the writing must have been on the wall then.

All about cash flow. Apart from maybe 3-4k fans every 2 weeks per game buying a ticket there can't be much more actual cash coming into the club. Maybe some cash for Lowe and Bogle.
On the flip side, there are wages to pay monthly, HMRC bills, and daily running costs. 
That's before any previous debt for transfers (Kamal and Bielik circa £11m), HMRC etc have to be paid. 

What I honestly think is that the EFL is a rules based organisation and that we've bent them to breaking point. That's why we're being sanctioned. No more to it than that.
Blaming the EFL for our current predicament is like blaming the Police when you get sent down after being caught drink driving.
 
 

It's a loan. Why would anyone loan a club like Derby anything?
Taxpayers money thrown at the financial blackhole that is dcfc? 

They were right to withheld the money. It would have just delayed the inevitable of us going into administration.

Feel most sad for the non-playing staff. Ticket office, chefs, cleaners, receptionists etc.
Hope they get treated right.
Not to mention any small business creditors we owe as they are always the ones shafted - See Kevin Bridges Rangers' face painting company bit.

The standard of tennis by both players is unreal. So much faster than even 5 years ago.
