No, he absolutely should not have.
The man is a well-known business vulture - he waits in the shadows until the business is on its knees before swooping in and putting a tenner on the table.
He will let us get to the point of having absolutely nothing to our name - no Rooney, no player re-signings - before offering a derisory amount that will see us start with -15. All for the sake of getting something a little bit cheaper than market value.
I promise you, he should only ever be a last, last, absolutely final choice.

As far as I see it, every time there was an independent panel decision; Derby were deemed, at worst, to have played a bit of a game / been a bit crafty but were largely in the clear. 
The agenda to turn what should have been a deserved slap on the wrist in to particular vengeance, came from voices in the EFL who had a no place swaying what should have been a procedural even handed process. It was done for their own gain/ vindictiveness - levering decisions and policy with the threat of legal action against the EFL itself.
It simply should not have been allowed. 
 
 

To be honest, I'd sooner see him stop interacting with all fans on twitter full stop. Twitter isn't exactly the brains trust at the best of times. By all means tweet about Derby, updates etc, but getting in to conversations and/or bickering with fans online isn't going to do him any favours long term.

Welcome to the internet. The anonymity it provides allows any old lunatic to say disgusting things to whoever they want without consequences (most of the time). Half these idiots have probably never even heard of Derby County and their will be plenty of rival clubs fans taking part as well.
This is to be expected by anybody who uses Twitter as a communications platform and I very much doubt this will change anytime soon. The only reason this forum isn't a stinking cesspit filled with rival fans and trolls is because we have a rigorous moderation policy that is enforced by our glorious mod team. It would be exactly the same as Twitter if we didn't have David and his team doing such sterling work.
