People need to realise if you are playing in a position with depth and you don't make an impact then you face being dropped until the replacement doesn't make an impact,  if dobbin doesn't make an impact today then give sibley a chance again , just aimlessly running with the ball then putting in a poor cross is not making an impact , needs end product which seems to our problem with others too

Shrewsbury have done more in our box in the few minutes of this half than we did with 465 passes in the first half , possession means nothing and rosenior needs to realise this and encourage us to use our technically gifted players to their strengths

I don’t understand what we are trying to do.
All possession to get into a one vs one position with NML? By the time we are in a crossing position Shrewsbury have five defenders in the box vs two attackers.
But it has taken 40 passes and two minutes just to get there…
It’s been easy for Shrewsbury so far.

I have a view he is not good enough unlike some who wear rose tinted glasses.  I am on the other hand full of praise for Bird, Thompson, Knight and have reservation over Sibley but he is still better than  Sretton .

Have any of our players ever practised finishing in training? It's really not hard to get a shot on target wether its a good shot or not , we were  the 4th worst for scoring goals last year and I can't see where the the goals will come from this year, haven't enjoyed watching us for years other than for atmosphere live but I still keep going , I thought I'd be grateful to watch us this year after all that has happened but I can't stand watching them still , no passion in the team they walk off laughing and joking after that 90 mins , sad times for me

Derby losing a game we really should have won. New owners, new team, new manager, same result.
It really is in our DNA.
 

I'm happy with the performance today, if not the result. Still a couple of mins yet though.

If we don't take our chances, then we don't deserve anything. Charlton took theirs and are currently winning, no matter how poor they were first half. We should have been out of sight in the first half, only ourselves to blame.

New season. New squad. Same old f****** Derby ??
